Scripture teaches that Jesus was not involved in his resurrection

@TomL John 10:17-18 is about Jesus having the power to receive his life again from God, not the power to give himself life again. The entire Bible makes no mention of anyone aside from the Father (sometimes called the Spirit) resurrecting Jesus. Jesus resurrecting himself isn't a Biblical doctrine, it's even more barren of a Biblical than the trinity is.
Read the verse

John 10:17–18 (NASB95) — 17 “For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life so that I may take it again. 18 “No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This commandment I received from My Father.”

Yeah, that's what I am quoting.

Jesus actively received his life (again) from God just like the Bible says. Jesus didn't resurrect himself. That word "take it up again" means receive with the idea that Jesus received it from someone else, i.e., Jesus received his life from God, not himself.

to take it up
λαβεῖν (labein)
