Yes they do, it may not say it in the verbatim letter you are asking,but it doesnt have to be, it can be spiritually discerned by comparing spiritual thigs with spiritual things. You are demanding human wisdom, mere letter. One has to be granted understanding to understand scripture spiritually. 1 Cor 2:14
