YES, which is why I posed the question to you = Why go to the Cross when forgiveness was available by the Word???

Yet the very WORD still had to FINISH the works of the FATHER .
There was only one way man was gonna be saved . And not a one born of adam
was going to be able to get that job done .
FOR GOD so LOVED the world that HE sent HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON
made in the same flesh as man was made in
IN ORDER TO SAVE man . TO fulfill , to finish the WORKS OF HE
who had long ago said LET THERE BE LIGHT and there was light and GOD saw that the light was GOOD .
A fullfillment would come . The first adam saw the sun and the moon and the stars
The second adam would come to finish the works
THAT THE LIGHT COULD SHINE into the darkness and set free those in darkness and in bondage of sin
and of the curse and of death .
One can see something in genesis if they only look with the eyes NOT OF MAN
but of the SPIRIT .
I came to FINISH THE WORKS of MY FATHER .
And now HE HAS SHINED INTO OUR HEARTS the LIGHT OF GOD.
FOR HE IS THE LIGHT and the GLORY OF GOD

Let us never go down the road that preaches in any way shape or form unbelief . a double death sentence
for those who do so and perhaps a triple death sentence
for those WHO claimed to believe IN HIM and yet preached unbelief . YEA i say double wail upon those .

YET death had no power over him . You have to send the WORD to do what no man could do .
ONLY GOD can save a man . AND HE DID too . that is not blapshemous to say either .

Faith is what saves and unbelief is what condemns according to Jesus teaching about salvation, eternal life in John 3:16-18.

Faith and unbelief is 100% man’s responsibility to the gospel message.

I know what it is, I just told you.

What you didn't tell me was that God's decretive will cannot conflict with His permissive will. God never decrees that man sin against Him, but He permits it to accomplish His decretive will. Hyper-Calvinists are the ones who blur the lines between permissive and decretive will, or like in my case, I simply came to the conclusion it does not matter what we do because God had already determined every action, thought, event, etc. The ultimate end of Calvinism is fatalism.

And that is where you miss it by only saying it was God's command when I stated, "God did not command his brothers to hate him and throw him in a well."

God did not command Joseph's brothers to hate him and throw him in well. He permitted it all to accomplish His decretive will.

Joseph said to them, "Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. (Gen 50:19-20)
