this is what 101G asked before. "HOW much of the ONE Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') made empty. A. all of the Spirit, or B. How much of the ONE Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo?

101G.

To all,
please understand that the same one Spirit that was in the body on earth, was in heaven at the same time. see John 3:13. and Phil. 2:6 clearly states "Who being in the form", meaning NATURE. and that NATURE is EQUAL. so my question still stand.

101G.

101G.

this is what 101G asked before. "HOW much of the ONE Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') made empty. A. all of the Spirit, or B. How much of the ONE Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo?

101G.
To put it simply, this question doesn’t make sense-none of the Spirit was "emptied" in the kenosis.

Your question reflects a misunderstanding of the concept of kenosis as described in Philippians 2:7. The term G2758 κενόω (kenoo) means "to empty," but in the theological context of the passage, it does not imply that Jesus emptied Himself of the Spirit or of His divine essence.

Instead, the "emptying" refers to the manner in which Christ voluntarily assumed a human nature and the limitations that come with it, while retaining His full divinity.

How Much of the ONE Spirit Was "Made Empty"?
The answer is none of the Spirit was made empty in a literal sense. The kenosis is not about a quantitative reduction or loss of the Spirit. Rather:

The Nature of the Kenosis

The self-emptying described in Philippians 2:7 refers to the humiliation and condescension of the eternal Son of God.

It means Christ, while remaining fully divine, chose to veil His divine glory, live as a servant, and submit to human limitations (e.g., hunger, fatigue, and death).

Unity of the Trinity

The "one Spirit" refers to the Holy Spirit as part of the triune God. Jesus did not separate Himself from the Spirit or diminish the Spirit in any way during His incarnation.

The divine nature of Christ, shared fully with the Father and the Spirit, is indivisible. Therefore, the kenosis cannot involve the divestment of any aspect of the divine essence.

Relation to the Spirit

Jesus was fully indwelt and empowered by the Spirit during His earthly ministry (Luke 4:18, John 3:34). Far from being "emptied" of the Spirit, He acted in perfect harmony with the Spirit as He fulfilled His mission.

Being (huparchōn). Rather, “existing,” present active participle of huparchō. In the form of God (en morphēi theou). Morphē means the essential attributes as shown in the form. In his preincarnate state Christ possessed the attributes of God and so appeared to those in heaven who saw him. Here is a clear statement by Paul of the deity of Christ.

A prize (harpagmon). Predicate accusative with hēgēsato. Originally words in ̇mos signified the act, not the result (̇ma). The few examples of harpagmos (Plutarch, etc.) allow it to be understood as equivalent to harpagma, like baptismos and baptisma. That is to say Paul means a prize to be held on to rather than something to be won (“robbery”).

To be on an equality with God (to einai isa theoi). Accusative articular infinitive object of hēgēsato, “the being equal with God” (associative instrumental case theōi after isa). Isa is adverbial use of neuter plural with einai as in Rev_21:16.
Emptied himself (heauton ekenōse).

First aorist active indicative of kenoō, old verb from kenos, empty. Of what did Christ empty himself?

Not of his divine nature. That was impossible. He continued to be the Son of God.

There has arisen a great controversy on this word, a Kenosis doctrine. Undoubtedly Christ gave up his environment of glory. He took upon himself limitations of place (space) and of knowledge and of power, though still on earth retaining more of these than any mere man. It is here that men should show restraint and modesty, though it is hard to believe that Jesus limited himself by error of knowledge and certainly not by error of conduct. He was without sin, though tempted as we are. “He stripped himself of the insignia of majesty” (Lightfoot).

Vincent--

Being in the form of God (ἐν μορφῇ Θεοῦ ὑπάρχων)
Being. Not the simple είναι to be, but stronger, denoting being which is from the beginning. See on Jas_2:15. It has a backward look into an antecedent condition, which has been protracted into the present. Here appropriate to the preincarnate being of Christ, to which the sentence refers. In itself it does not imply eternal, but only prior existence. Form (μορφή). We must here dismiss from our minds the idea of shape.

The word is used in its philosophic sense, to denote that expression of being which carries in itself the distinctive nature and character of the being to whom it pertains, and is thus permanently identified with that nature and character. Thus it is distinguished from σχῆμα fashion, comprising that which appeals to the senses and which is changeable. Μορφή form is identified with the essence of a person or thing: σχῆμα fashion is an accident which may change without affecting the form. For the manner in which this difference is developed in the kindred verbs, see on Mat_17:2.

As applied here to God, the word is intended to describe that mode in which the essential being of God expresses itself. We have no word which can convey this meaning, nor is it possible for us to formulate the reality. Form inevitably carries with it to us the idea of shape. It is conceivable that the essential personality of God may express itself in a mode apprehensible by the perception of pure spiritual intelligences; but the mode itself is neither apprehensible nor conceivable by human minds.

This mode of expression, this setting of the divine essence, is not identical with the essence itself, but is identified with it, as its natural and appropriate expression, answering to it in every particular. It is the perfect expression of a perfect essence. It is not something imposed from without, but something which proceeds from the very depth of the perfect being, and into which that being perfectly unfolds, as light from fire.

To say, then, that Christ was in the form of God, is to say that He existed as essentially one with God.

The expression of deity through human nature (Php_2:7) thus has its background in the expression of deity as deity in the eternal ages of God's being. Whatever the mode of this expression, it marked the being of Christ in the eternity before creation. As the form of God was identified with the being of God, so Christ, being in the form of God, was identified with the being, nature, and personality of God.

This form, not being identical with the divine essence, but dependent upon it, and necessarily implying it, can be parted with or laid aside. Since Christ is one with God, and therefore pure being, absolute existence, He can exist without the form. This form of God Christ laid aside in His incarnation.

Thought it not robbery to be equal with God (οὐχ ἁρπαγμὸν ἡγήσατο τὸ εἶναι ἴσα Θεῷ)
Robbery is explained in three ways. 1. A robbing, the act. 2. The thing robbed, a piece of plunder. 3. A prize, a thing to be grasped. Here in the last sense.

Paul does not then say, as A.V., that Christ did not think it robbery to be equal with God: for, 1, that fact goes without. saying in the previous expression, being in the form of God. 2. On this explanation the statement is very awkward. Christ, being in the form of God, did not think it robbery to be equal with God; but, after which we should naturally expect, on the other hand, claimed and asserted equality: whereas the statement is: Christ was in the form of God and did not think it robbery to be equal with God, but (instead) emptied Himself.

Christ held fast His assertion of divine dignity, but relinquished it. The antithesis is thus entirely destroyed.
Taking the word ἁρπαγμὸν (A.V., robbery) to mean a highly prized possession, we understand Paul to say that Christ, being, before His incarnation, in the form of God, did not regard His divine equality as a prize which was to be grasped at and retained at all hazards, but, on the contrary, laid aside the form of God, and took upon Himself the nature of man.

The emphasis in the passage is upon Christ's humiliation. The fact of His equality with God is stated as a background, in order to throw the circumstances of His incarnation into stronger relief. Hence the peculiar form of Paul's statement Christ's great object was to identify Himself with humanity; not to appear to men as divine but as human. Had He come into the world emphasizing His equality with God, the world would have been amazed, but not saved He did not grasp at this. The rather He counted humanity His prize, and so laid aside the conditions of His preexistent state, and became man.

--which is in agreement of what I have already posted to you-from the ECF's-stop wasting my time @101G.

sorry for answering late .... doing something else. but this is what 101G is speaking of. the scriptures clearly states ..... Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:"

you don't have to answer anything else 101G asks ... 101G have his answer from you for all times. Good DAY.

Thanks, no need for your answer, I have the ECF's writings and my own, selective commentaries.

It’s been a good day overall, except for dealing with someone on this forum who keeps stalking me with blasphemous accusations.

John 1:14 . . And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us

According to John 5:26 and 1John 1:1-4, the Word is an everlasting life which Gen
21:33, John 10:28, and Rom 16:26 imply is an indestructible category of life that's
impervious to death. So the Word didn't go out of existence when he came into the
world as a organic being per John 1:14 which means of course that Jesus Christ
was a natural being and a spirit being simultaneously right from the moment of
his conception.

The Word's binary characteristics give rise to some interesting events.

For example: Jesus stated that he existed before Abraham (John 8:58) Now as a
man of course that is an impossibility seeing as how Jesus is one of Abraham's very
distant paternal grandsons (Gen 12:4) but as the Word it was easily possible.

Jesus also said he came down from Heaven (John 6:38) That too is doubtful
because he himself said that no man has ever been to Heaven (John 3:13) but as the
Word of course he'd been there.

Jesus said that he was on Earth and up in Heaven simultaneously (John 3:13) Nuff
said, I think we get it.

Jesus drove his opponents to frustration 'cause sometimes he spoke as a man, and
sometimes he spoke as the Word-- the one a Heavenly being and the other a
natural being.

To all.
101G asked a simple question and got a personal excuse. the Son ... one PERSON in the Godhead was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō'), meaning he was made empty. supportive scripture. Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:"
the Greek term no reputation is
G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') v.
1. to make empty.
2. (figuratively) to abase, neutralize, falsify.

[from G2756]
KJV: make (of none effect, of no reputation, void), be in vain
Root(s): G2756

now, 101G is not stalking anyone with any kind of blasphemous accusations, just asking a simple question according to the scriptures that is a mystery still to many. if quoting scriptures is blasphemous, then we all are doom. but since this is not true, ...... a simple question is asked for discussion. "How much of the ONE Spirit was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') for the PERSON Son to come in flesh bone and blood.

again, was it 1/3 of the ONE Spirit that was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō')/made empty? or all of the One Spirit, or None of the Spirit? a simple question that can clear up the three-person Godhead doctrine.

101G believe what the scriptures states, if he, the Son was ... "WITH" ...... God, who here is the Father, then as the scripture's states in John 1:1c "who was God" then all of the Spirit as the Ordinal Last was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō'). this is the KEY or the TRUTH in understanding the GODHEAD. so, the next question, "How can all of God be G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') and still uphold all of his creation. Hmmmmm. and if only 1/3 was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō'), then God, the ONE Spirit is divided, and that's polyethnic in nature, and untrue. so, we need to reconcile this action that God took in G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') his OWN-SELF while in Natural flesh and blood, and at the same time UPHOLD ALL OF HIS CREATION. (we're give a great clue in John 3:13). this is a great mystery, and the answer is right there in the bible. for nothing is hid from us. for it is written in the bible.

so, 101G challenge anyone who can ..... by scripture, explain this mystery of GOD G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') or making himself empty while in the incarnation.

With GL. will be looking for anyone's answer to this mystery.

If YHWH is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, as YHWH claims to be in Exodus 3:6, then Jesus cannot be YHWH.

The apostles preached that Jesus was the Servant of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
"The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus" (Acts 3:13)

So, the apostles shared the same conviction of their Jewish audience:
  • God, The Only of True God, the God of Israel, was One Person.
  • The Anointed (The Messiah, The Christ) would be another person, a Servant of God.

A Servant of God cannot be God by definition, and therefore John 1:1 has to be interpreted in a different way.
While in Acts 3 Peter is speaking to people in a very plain and direct language that their audience can understand, John 1:1 is speaking in highly abstract, metaphorical terms. That's why he resorts to the Greek notion of "Logos", the Word... and other figures like "The Light". Indeed, within the same first chapter of John (let alone the rest of the gospel) John presents God as different from The Word and from Christ.

A Servant of God cannot be God by definition, so, both the preexistence of Jesus or his Gospel over Abraham does not equal deity.

By the same token, a Mediator between man and God cannot be God, as God does not need to mediate before anyone else, or get the approval of anyone else.

A Servant of God cannot be God by definition, and therefore John 1:1 has to be interpreted in a different way.
let's see if this is TRUE. scripture, Isaiah 63:5 "And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me."
is not his ..... own arm ...... in flesh HIM? for the ARM of God is Revealed in Flesh. Isaiah 53:1 "Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?" (HERE IS GOD'S OWN ARM) Listen. Isaiah 53:2 "For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him." Isaiah 53:3 "He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not." Isaiah 53:4 "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted." Isaiah 53:5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

now, be honest .... who is the he and the him here in red is? Jesus the Christ GOD'S "OWN ARM". and is not JESUS/the ARM of God the anointed servant. Isaiah 42:1 "Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles." is this not the Lord Jesus? Isaiah 11:1 "And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:" Isaiah 11:2 "And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;" Isaiah 11:3 "And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:"

Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;" Isaiah 61:2 "To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;"
and this was fulfilled by Christ.

so, the Servant can be God.

to all, Greeting.
especially @Pancho Frijoles, my brother. to understand God, the Lord Jesus, YHWH as the EQUAL SHARE in flesh and blood. one need to understand the bible in Giving the example of this ARM in Service and Obedience.

that flesh that Jesus, God, created, and manifested in, is a stumbling block, and a snare to those who disbelieve, scripture, Romans 11:9 "And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them. 10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway. 11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy". with that said, let's understand this ARM of God in Flesh...... according to the bible.
"The arm of flesh vs The Arm of the LORD, “authority”
2 Chronicles 32:7 "Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah". one of the failing prompts of the Unitarians, JW belief, and others is this. they say, "Jesus is not God", and one of there excuses, "he could do nothing of himself", John 8:28 "Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things”. as the "the ARM of God", he was not authorized to act alone. this is clear as with the Assyrian army here in 2 Chronicles 32. no army act alone, or on their own power. not even our, the American Army, just get up and go to war with another country without authorization from the commander in chief, or congress. just as my own arm don't wave unless I authorized it to wave. the head gives direction to the body. this is explained in the understanding of the use of POWERS, the G1411 dunamis, and the G1849 exousia. just as the Army can do nothing of their own so do the Lord Jesus, he don't act alone. hence one of the reason why he was in G2758 keno, (to abase, neutralize, or make of none effect). but at his baptism he was authorized with G1849 exousia to act in the NAME of God, who doth the work. as to forgive sin, heal the sick, raise the dead, and so on. he is our example of how the G1849 exousia works. and that's why we, as 1 John 3:2a states, "now we're the Sons of God". because we was not authorized before, especially in sin. by default we was the son of the evil one. our Lord Jesus having the NATURE, (see Phil 2:5) of God. yes, HAVING, is BEING IN THE FORM of God, having his nature, he took on our humanity. so that as the "KINSMAN" redeemer in flesh and blood he then could give that BLOOD, which is the LIFE of the flesh, (see Lev 17:11), and redeem man from sin. this is the "OBJECTIVE" of God, his plan, and his will. and “BEING” in that flesh he carried out his plan of salvation for Man. again his "OWN" arm brought salvation unto him, (see Isaiah 63:5). so that answers the “if Christ is God, how come he could do nothing of himself”. another excuse vanquish and laid to the side. the Lord Jesus is the SHARED Spirit IN FLESH AND BONE, THAT IS A NUMERICIAL DIFFERENCE, meaning in concrete form. this is what the definition G243 allos express. when one have a, DIFFERENCE, the term is called DIFFERENTIATION. look it up. question, since our Lord Jesus is the NUMERICIAL DIFFERENCE, (EQUAL SHARE), as G243 express, which is a Share, meaning two or more. so what is the OPPOSITE of DIFFERENTIATION?, since the process of our Lord being “ANOTHER”, so, what is the opposite process of DIFFERENTIATION, answer, "ASSIMILATION". listen to the definition of "ASSIMILATION" is to take in and incorporate as one's own, other words, (within), meaning one's own self, which is what the Lord Jesus is, his “OWN” arm. STOP, go back to the definition of "SUBJECT", G5293 ὑποτάσσω hupotasso (hoop-ot-as'-so), “within” the power of. simply meaning, what was differentiated is now non-differentiated, excuse my English, I just want to make it plain. meaning, it is now assimilated as it was before the worlds, supportive scripture, John 17:5 "And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was”. meaning, oneness in all things, especially in POWER, both the G1411 dunamis, and the G1849 exousia. supportive scripture, Colossians 2:9 "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily”.

that’s the assimilation “of” the Spirit, or better yet understood as Amalgamation: the action, process, or result of combining or uniting.
but in different functions. and those functions are MEDIATOR in flesh and bone, (NO BLOOD), as high Priest. and Comforter and as Ruling KING. and when the Kingdom is delivered up, our Lord will be in Amalgamation “with” the Spirit, meaning “within”. what do I mean?, no longer will our Lord be ALLOS, a diversity, but totally one as before, meaning the wisdom, and the power will be within himself as the NEW CREATION, or as the term in Genesis 1:1 and John 1:1 the FIRST FRUIT of the New creation, as one in the Glorified body. listen, John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”. the term with here is pertaining to... to the same one person. lets understand this assimilation, just as one is born, or baptize “of” the Spirit, one is assimilated, or placed into the body of Christ. Colossians 1:13 "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:" as he see fit. and as one is within the body of Christ, then one is, or can be baptized “with”, the Spirit, or empowered “by” the Spirit. I suggest one study the difference being baptized, “of” and “with”, the Spirit. our Lord Jesus is assimilated of the Spirit, and when the Kingdom is delivered up, there be no need for the mediator role, or function, so he will be assimilated “WITH” the Spirit or placed, “within”, as webster dictionary so elegantly put it, within the power “of”. meaning total assimilation, so that he can be ALL in ALL as 1 Corinthian 12:6 states. now can 101G back this up with scripture?, YES, that’s why the prophet David said in spirit, “the LORD, (JESUS, the Spirit), said unto my Lord, (JESUS, the man, in the diversified state), sit until I. STOP who is the I?, God the Holy Spirit. see, it is he, God who STAND in Revelation chapter 5 the Holy Spirit who come to dwell in us, (sent into all the earth). he the Holy Spirit is making his enemies his footstool. what a revelation. that’s why the Lord Jesus “SIT” at his own RIGHT HAND, in POWER. another misunderstanding removed. being at God’s “own” right hand is his own POWER supportive scripture, 1 Corinthians 1:24 "But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God”. there’s that right hand, and arm revealed.

So clearly, and plainly we see that an, "arm of flesh", is (the G1411 dunamis, power, or the arm of the king) which is his armies, or fighting men. as against Hezekiah king of Judah". and the (G1849 exousia power, or authority is in the king of Assyria himself). but look at the description given here, "arm of flesh". other words his (arm)-ies, or armies, men of flesh, which is the king of Assyria POWER. Christ is the POWER and the wisdom of God in flesh. hence, Arm of flesh. 1 Corinthians 1:22 "For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: 23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. in Proverbs 8:22 "The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. 23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was". Psalms 20:5 "We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God (hold it, salvation is the name of our God, thy salvation means, "YESHUA", English, "JESUS"), we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions". 6 Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. 8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. 9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call". in verse 5, "thy salvation, ("YESHUA"), the name of our God. now verse 9, "Save, ("JESUS"), LORD". supporting scripture, Matthew 1:21 "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins". what did the Psalmist said, "Save LORD". if one would notice, Save have a capital, "S”, in Save, this is the ARM of God revealed. God ARM “SAVES”. Psalms 20:7 "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God". this says it all, “THE NAME OF GOD. compare this with 2 Chronicles 32:7 "Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 8 With him is an arm of flesh, or his (Armed Forces, his military, people power); but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles". hence, Spirit, the Power. trust in God WORD, and he will fight our battles for us and be delivered. notice verse 8, he said, "but with us is the LORD our God to help us". two things to take note of, #1. "with us", and, "help us"....... with us?, John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God". Now more light on John 1:1 the WORD, "WAS" WITH GOD?, Yes, because his word, the diversified spirit is WITH us, how?. in Flesh bone, and blood. scripture. Matthew 1:23 "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us". this is how God is with us?. in Flesh and blood, an ARM of FLESH. as a MIGHTY MAN, supporting scripture. Isaiah 42:13 "The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, (Son of Man), he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war, (as with the the king of Assyria his armies): he shall cry (speak), yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies". have we not been told this?, who will believe this report. Isaiah 53:1 "Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? , (that flesh, that Mary birth, brought into this world. “she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins”. lets go on to verse 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground (the LAST ADAM, the NEW MAN): he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him". was not power in the Lord Jesus to work miracles, blind see, lame walk, dumb talked, walk on water, changed water to wine, healed all manner of sickness, and raised the dead. in Isaiah 9:6 was he not called, "the mighty God". the title “wonderful” meaning, miracle worker, supportive scripture, John 3:1 " There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him”.

conclusion, the Lord Jesus is YHWH .... shared in flesh. just as Psalms 110:1 clearly states, and supported by Psalms 110:5 "The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath."

that same "Lord" here in verse 5 is the same Lord in verses 1.
Lord: H136 אֲדֹנָי 'Adonay (ad-o-noy') n-m.
1. (meaning) Lord (used as a proper name of God only).
2. (person) Adonai, The Lord God of Israel (which is actually “Yahweh God of Israel” - see Exodus 5:1 and 120 other occurrences).
[am emphatic form of H113]
KJV: (my) Lord.
Root(s): H113
Compare: H3068, H1167, H1168

note definition #2...... as also the definition states, [am emphatic form of H113], meaning God shared in flesh...... Oh so easy.

101G.

to all, Greeting.
especially @Pancho Frijoles, my brother. to understand God, the Lord Jesus, YHWH as the EQUAL SHARE in flesh and blood. one need to understand the bible in Giving the example of this ARM in Service and Obedience.

that flesh that Jesus, God, created, and manifested in,
Good morning my brother

I share with you the belief that God manifested in Lord Jesus.
I share with you the joy of worshiping a single personal God.

So, for all practical terms, the love the two of us have for Jesus, we have it for God.
The obedience the two of us have for Jesus, we have it for God.

I could debate with you why I think that Jesus and God are different personal beings, but I would not like to damage the communion that we have on the essential things above.
My disagreement with you is theological, not practical, not essential.

May God bless you always, my friend.

The same here. the scriptures are clear and true, 1 Corinthians 1:10 "Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment."

the way we agree is not by arguing with one another, for my Love of God toward you will not change, only judgment on the scriptures we can agree by the Love of God. as God said, Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."

if we both put the Holy Spirit first and let him teach us both then there will be no division between us theologically. because the Love we have for one another in Christ Jesus, we will always have for one another. the TRUE God in each of us, will never die. and 101G respect your position. and is hearing what you are saying. and likewise, 101G is sure the same with you. so, we each need to pray about it and let the LOVE of God prick our heart and lead us both in the same direction.

for again, the LOVE of God will unite us. and may the Lord Jesus bless and kept all of us, amen.

101G

P.S. if it's ok, let us put forth our strongest beliefs as to why we believe like we do, and let each examine carefully, and ask question, in stead of rebukes. Just ask each other question. and let each other digest what is being asked.... ok?
