Jesus doesn't share God's exclusive glory

You missed JESUS point, please read again my friend, for JESUS made TWO distinct points of Truth.

Truth # ONE - Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world.
Truth #2 - He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.

Truth #2 cannot be experienced unless you are in Truth Number ONE

Run to the TRUE LIGHT = LORD Jesus Christ
Jesus' point seems to have gone completely over your head.

Jesus taught them they are the light of the world and then after that told them to go make disciples and teach those disciples whatever Jesus taught them. Therefore, the disciples also made followers and taught others they are the light of the world, too.

Matt 28
19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

God is Light and in Him there is no darkness.

hmmmm

Christ is that same Light. The Light of the world. He is the source of Light, Life, Creation- all things are made by Him and for Him and without Him nothing was made ( created ). :)

Amen !!!
On the 7th Day God RESTED = read Genesis where God said this, there is no darkness on the 7th Day

Jesus isn't the source of the light according to the Bible.

God as the light that illuminates the city and the Lamb as a lamp are distinct. God as the light lasts forever, the Lamb as the lamp is not needed in the end. You don't understand the purpose and mission of Jesus. His reign at the right hand of God is temporary according to 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.

Revelation 21
23And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, because the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb is its lamp.

Revelation 22
5There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.

nice try with another fallacious argument known as the fallacy of exclusion. you toss out the scriptures where the Son is called the Light.

your own verse you quoted even contradicts your position since the Lamb is its lamp.

what is the purpose of a lamp ?

next fallacy

the more you reject the LIGHT the more darkness covers your mind

The Lamb being a lamp and they not needing a lamp anymore is contextual, all being stated within 9 verses of one another. This is not any sort of fallacy, you just don't understand who God and Jesus are.

Did you miss the verse about the disciples being the light of the world as well?

Matthew 5
14You are the light of the world.

Where does the Bible say that?

Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
1 Peter 1:10-11

The Spirit of the LORD is the Spirit of Christ.

Whenever an Old Testament prophet said “thus says the LORD” it was Christ speaking through them.

The spirit of Christ isn't the same thing as the spirit of Jesus. Christ means the anointed and isn't Jesus' name so it's not about a person in this context. Try again with something explicit.

I would also add for more clarification, that prophets are messiah (anointed ones) in the Old Testament. So they have the spirit of christ (if it were translated from Greek to english) but nothing says they had the spirit of Jesus or the spirit of the Son or something explicit about Jesus being in them in the Bible.

Prophets called "anointed ones" (christ or messiah) - Psalm 105:15, 1 Chronicles 16:22
Isaiah the prophet anointed with the spirit (christ or messiah) - Isaiah 61:1

You can compare these to the LXX Greek Septuagint... yes the prophets are said to be christ in the OT.

How many names do you have?

i have three names that are connected to identify myself on my Birth Certificate and my drivers license

Three names but only one person to whom those three names identify

In the case of someone being anointed (christ or messiah) it simply isn't a Jesus exclusive in Scripture. I edited my previous reply with some better evidence.

Jesus is the “Glory of God” For Jesus to be identified with the shekinah (the glory of God) was to be equated with the presence of God Himself. In Jesus we see the full manifestation of the majesty of God.

The book of James has an unusual sentence construction that links the word glory with the name of Jesus: “My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality” James 2:1

In this verse the words Lord of glory have alternate renditions. Some translations read, “Our glorious Lord.” Still another possible translation reads, “Jesus Christ, who is the glory.”

Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.
I have glorified You on earth by accomplishing the work You gave Me to do.
And now, Father,
glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world existed.
