Jesus is God, One with the Father

Yes, Romans 10:9,10 I know it well!

But where does that say I am supposed to confess that God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? where does that say that I must believe that God is a Triune being?

And here is another scripture whereby we will be saved:
And the jailer called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas. Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” [Acts 16:29-31]
And then there is John 3:16 . . . Ephesians 2, etc.
Ok, let’s look at YOUR choice of Acts 16. The word for “Lord” is “kyrios” [G2962]. Notice its use in Acts 16:31-32

Acts 16:31-32 [NASB] 31 They said, "Believe in the Lord[G2962] Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household." 32 And they spoke the word of God[G2962] to him together with all who were in his house.
  • Kyrios (Lord) [G2962] literally means “he to whom a person or thing belongs” in Greek.
  • To whom do YOU belong? God or Jesus Christ?
  • Note in v.32 it says the word of “Kyrios” (GOD).
  • Note in v.31 Jesus is “Kyrios” (GOD).
  • The same “one to whom we belong” - same “Kyrios” - same “God” - same “Lord” (with a capital L).
This is the truth that YOU reject. This is “CHRISTOLOGY”. This is the difference between a Christian worshipping Jesus and a Muslim honoring Jesus.

Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. [John 14:1]
  • Note in v.32 it says the word of “Kyrios” (GOD).
Word of the Lord would be the Lord Jesus from verse 32.
  • Note in v.31 Jesus is “Kyrios” (GOD).
It reads: 'Believe in the Lord Jesus' ......
  • The same “one to whom we belong” - same “Kyrios” - same “God” - same “Lord” (with a capital L).
Please note: Paul and Silas are addressed as 'Sirs' in verse 30 and that is 'kyrios'.
Using your logic is Paul and Silas also God?
This is the truth that YOU reject. This is “CHRISTOLOGY”. This is the difference between a Christian worshipping Jesus and a Muslim honoring Jesus.
This is the truth that YOU ignore. This is Christology.
This is the difference between Jesus Christ the one who was sent and God his Father the one who sent him.

Thank you.
You have proven my point: Just like a Muslim, you reject Christology.

So why are you HERE (in the Christology section)?

Thank you - You have also proven my point......flawed logic and if flawed in reading scripture then also flawed when assessing the character of a person who just doesn't agree with your Christology yet probably agrees with you on every other topic, i.e. a brother or sister in Christ. 🙏

Isaiah 43:11

I, even I, am the Lord

Jehovah, the self-existing, eternal, and immutable Being; this is doubled for the confirmation of it, and to exclude all others: and besides me there is no Saviour;

either in a temporal or spiritual sense; the gods of the Heathens could not save them out of their present troubles, and much less save them with an everlasting salvation; none but God can do this, and this is a proof that Christ is God, since none but God can be a Saviour.https://www.biblestudytools.com/commentaries/gills-exposition-of-the-bible/isaiah-43-11.html
