God requires man to HUMBLE THEMSELVES

Sorry I Addressed Mal 3:6

Um you ignored

God stated to repent (Change mind)

Gen 6:6,7; Exo 32:12, 14; Deut 32:36 ; Judges 2:18; 1 Sam 15:11, 29, 35; 2 Sam 24:16; 1 Chr 21:15; Psa 106:45; Jer 15:6; 18, 10; 26:3, 13, 19; 42:10; Joel 2:13; Amos 7:3, 6; Jonah 4:2;

God in his essence and character does not change.
That addresses Mal 3:6

Scripture however shows he can change his mind which you do not address

Heb q3:8?

Hebrews 13:8 (KJV 1900) — 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

The same in what way?

Jesus grew in knowledge. That would be a change so you cannot use it regarding that topic

His mind is part of this essence and character. FAIL

His mind is part of this essence and character. FAIL
So is your mind. That does not mean you cannot change the content (i.e. thoughts) of your mind.

Scripture plainly shows

Jeremiah 18:7–10 (ESV) — 7 If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom, that I will pluck up and break down and destroy it, 8 and if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I intended to do to it. 9 And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it, 10 and if it does evil in my sight, not listening to my voice, then I will relent of the good that I had intended to do to it.

Jeremiah 18:7–10 (KJV 1900) — 7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; 8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. 9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; 10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Perhaps to you. That's your problem
Jesus used personal pronouns when referring to the Holy Spirit:

Since the Holy Spirit is God He shares the same attributes as the Father and Son.

"But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. "And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment; concerning sin, because they do not believe in Me; and concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father and you no longer see Me; and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged. "I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. "But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. "He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. "All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you. "(John 16:7-15).

The Holy Spirit below does things that only a person can do,

1-He leads (Matt. 4:1).
2-He is called God (Acts 5:3-4).
3-He helps and comforts (John 14:16, 16:7).
4-He convicts of sin (John 16:17).
5-He gives testimony of Jesus (John 15:26).
6-He teaches, guides and brings to remembrance (John 14:26, 16:13).
7-He speaks and instructs (Acts 8:29; 10:19; John 16:13).
8-He hears and speaks (John 16:13, Acts 28:25-27).
9-He can be lied to and tested (Acts 5:3-4,9).
10-He sends and gives life (Acts 13:4, John 3:6, Gen 1:3).
11-He is a witness (Acts 5:32)
12-He restrains (2 Thess. 2:7).
13-He prevents (Acts 16:6-7).
14-The Spirit "said" to Philip and Peter(Acts 8:29, 10:19).
15-Peter said he was "told" by the Spirit (Acts 11:12).
16-The Holy Spirit "solemnly testifies" (Acts 20:23).
17-He made some of the early Christians overseers to shepherd the Church. (Acts 20:28).
18-He wills (Acts 13:2).
19-He interprets our prayers (Rom. 8:26).
20-He knows and communicates (1 Cor. 2:11; Rom. 8:27).
21-He reveals (Eph. 3:5).
22-He has a will-He decides, chooses and distributes the Gifts to the church (1 Cor. 12:11).
23-He can be grieved (Eph. 4:30).
24-He can be stifled, quenched ( 1 Thess 5:19)
25-He contends with man ( Gen 6:3 )

Yep 👍 he denies Gods revelation about Himself. That’s scary to believe man’s teachings over Gods revealed word about Himself. Very sad to see happening.

I do change my mind but God is not a man that He should change His mind. Numbers 23:19
Except that verse has a context, and it concerns God changing his mind arbitrarily

apart from and Contrary to the principle established here

Jeremiah 18:7–10 (KJV 1900) — 7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; 8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. 9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; 10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Israel had not at that point transgressed that standard, so God would be going back on his word were he to allow Israel to be cursed

See also context from the Warren McGrew - Tyler Vela debate

the context there i think you have to understand according to its context and the analogy of the faith. What we have is um that you have king balak who has hired balaam to curse the people of israel that god said he was going to bless and balaam is saying look god's not a liar. i'm not he's not going to change his mind because he they haven't done anything to merit this he said he's going to bless them he's not going to turn around and curse them and so i think what happens when you're when you're looking at these is you're taking these texts where god says here is why i'm not changing my mind here i'm not willing to do it and then you take that and you make that an ontological claim and you claim that that's the didactic statements of just of the text and i don't see how that's actually supported either with the immediate language the grammar the word choice the sentence structure the literary device or genres (slightly paraphrased)
