Since you're taking issue with the Bible itself, and even rewriting verses from "the Faith" to "that Faith", I can understand why you "see no reason to continue".

You are in fact taking issue with Bible verses that I posted and that they are the ones that are causing Paul and James to oppose each other. Now you're into your anti-Bible mindframe.
Tell us how you would rewrite the Bible verses so that they do not "cause paul and james to appose each other" in your mind.
You have done that with James 2:14b so it won't be the first time you attempted such a thing.

Why would Paul make such a statement if he doesn't believe in doing good works AFTER salvation.


As you can see I was discussing good deeds, good works and how Paul said we will be JUDGED according to our deeds.

Nobody said anything about earning salvation.
The fact remains that "Obedience to any Command God has ever given" (for example: the Repent and Believe command that produces salvation in you) "is good works". That's all I needed to know from you.

Me first what? You made those diametrically opposed statements, not me. I'm not responsible for what you write and say, you are.
 
God chose to adopt you as His child before the foundation of the world. Why? For one reason and one reason only: He wanted to. That is what Paul means by the phrase, “according to the kind intention of His will.” No one forced Him. God wanted you as His child. God did not send Christ to die because He felt sorry for you. He sacrificed His only begotten Son so that He could make you His adopted child.

I have heard of many unwanted pregnancies; I have never heard of an unwanted adoption. Couples adopt children because they want children. God adopted you for the same reason. He knew your shortcomings. He knew your inconsistencies. He knew all about you. But He wanted you just the same.

When Jesus walked this earth, they had a law that made it illegal to un-adopt.
 
Scripture directly says God pities us in multiple places.

He saw us wallowing in our own blood.

The problem is humans want to elevate their place above dirty hell-deserving sinners and not come through the Cross.

We fully agree that the Atonement is fully complete and fully done with no need to add anything to it. Do you understand?
 
God's grace precedes each of our decisions we must make to the end of our life.

Salvation/ Eternal life/ born again/ new birth / new creation in Christ is a past event which occurs the moment a person believes and receives the gospel and confession of Jesus as Lord as per Romans 10:8-17.

If you did, You would believe in eternal security

the fact you reject eternal security and demand we have to do works to keep it. proves you do not trust what you say
