No you haven't lost any of me, I'm still in one peace.I think it has to do with reading comprehension.
When things pertaining to things such as salvation are basically handed to one.... (Let he who has wisdom understand)... the
brain will weaken as will a muscle when others do the work and just like a muscle that needs to be exercised to keep toned
so does the brain.... which one always needs but sometimes does not have.

But "My brain feels like a shootout" from overwhelming mental activity and stress, anxiety, and cognitive overload. It leads me to having racing thoughts and feeling of being out of control. To cope I practice grounding techniques like deep breathing or mindfulness, engage in physical activities, or use distraction to channel energy positively.
But could you just keep the Boogeyman away from me?
