Christ was not in the World until Jesus was incarnated. The spirit of antichrist could not have been in the world until Christ was in the world. Jesus speaks of the coming of the spirit of antichrist still yet to come in Matt 24 (as you cited above). And then before the end of the first century, the antichrist was in the world. The antichrist came into the world between Matt 24 (AD32ish) and 1 John 4 (AD90-95ish).

The book is divided between things which already are and things which will happen after that.

The fact that Jesus is God, and that God was in the world before Jesus was incarnate is immaterial.
Jesus, as the Christ, was not in the world before He became incarnate. It is the incarnate Christ against which the antichrist strives.
"For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist." 2 John 1:7
Before Jesus came in the flesh, there was no claim that He had come in the flesh, so there was no antichrist. But after He was incarnate, then the antichrist came, denying His coming, and denying His deity.

Jesus, as the Christ, was not in the world before He became incarnate. It is the incarnate Christ against which the antichrist strives.

In any case it is totally irrelevant to the issue. Are we waiting for a future antiChrist before Christ can return
