Paul was speaking of all the human race, of everyone.
I posted in detail both Paul's words in romans 3, and David, who Paul quoted. I'm not sure how ignoring what is actually written leads to God's Truth but to each his own. Nevertheless, of the Generation of the Righteous, "Whose refuge is the Lord", neither Paul, His God, His Lord and Savior, nor any of the Prophets of Disciples, ever teaches of the "Body of Christ", the "Church of God";
13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: 14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: 15 Their feet are swift to shed blood: 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways: 17 And the way of peace have they not known: 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.
Paul doesn't teach this about men who have "Yielded themselves" servants to God and have become servants of God's Righteousness. These men are NOT "Still under Sin" as you and this world's religious system teaches. Please read what is actually Inspired by God in your own bible.
He said that EVERY mouth may be stopped, and ALL THE WORLD be held guilty to God, not just "those dirty sinners over there."
Yes, God, Jesus and the man Paul, that God gave to Jesus, all pointed out that all men have sinned, and that all men must repent and turn to God, both Jew and Gentile. But of those men who deny themselves, and become a "Doer" of Christ's sayings, these men, as Paul teaches,
Rom. 6:
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became "the servants of righteousness".
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
Your adopted religion teaches that "NO MAN" has EVER followed Paul teaching. And that the entire Church of God, "
Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes.
This was true for those who had adopted the religious sect of the Pharisees, and perhaps for the religion you have adopted, as you so vehemently declare. But it's not true for the members of the Church of God. At least, that wasn't what Paul and David is teaching, as I clearly pointed out by posting, not my words, or even my opinion, but by posting their words.
Why not actually examine what is written and make your case.
Please forsake your self-righteous pride and trust in your works, it will send you to hell, it is not worth it.
Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: (Lk. 18:9 NKJ)
This entire religion is founded on the teaching that this describes "all the human race, of everyone". That "all the human race, of everyone"
trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others, "not just "those dirty sinners over there." This means Abel, Noah, Caleb, Shadrack, Rehab, Zacharias, Simeon, Anna, Cornelious, Paul, Matthew and the entire list of Faithful men in Hebrews 11, "Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood:"
What I pointed out to you in your own Bible, is that David and Paul do not teach this philosophy.
It is you who are promoting the religious philosophy that the Generation of the righteous doesn't exist, and that of the "Servants of God's Righteousness", "
Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood:"
And because I know this is not Jesus' Teaching, or Paul's, and am pointing this out to you in detail from your own Bible, for Love of the brethren, you slander me personally as a "self-righteous, prideful man going to hell"?
Is this the works of the "New Man" Paul promoted and pressed towards?
and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law,
Yes, Paul's sin was not removed, or he was not "made righteous", by taking a goat to the Levite Priest and killing it, as per the Law. (The Pharisees were still promoting this Priesthood, not accepting God's New High Priest)
but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; (Phil. 3:9 NKJ)
Paul repented, turned to God and brought forth "works" worthy of repentance. And he "
put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness".
Of the sinner who has put on this NEW MAN, Paul said, "Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil."
The "new man" is no longer a man in whom "
Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood:"
It is a wicked and deceitful philosophy to preach to others that God, through His instruction and His Son's Sacrifice, was not capable of bringing even ONE man into His Righteousness. Paul doesn't teach this Philosophy, and David didn't either. It's right there in your own Bible, along with the warnings about being deceived by "many" who come in Christ's Name.
Please forsake your enormous pride that is sending you to hell, as much as we are in love with our own pride and glory, it just is not worth it.
Please trust in Christ alone to suffer for your sins and take the hell you deserved.
Please—hell is not worth anything.
All I advocated for in my post was to examine and believe what Paul and David were teaching. Why not discuss their God inspired words, instead of trying to make it about me personally?
