Jesus isn't God speaking to the crowd. You seem to just be making things up.I expected your answer to be like this. I figured you would deny the history of God interacting with the people of Israel.

Really?! Are you being that stubborn? Jesus, if only a man, had no moment of gathering the people of Jerusalem or Judea to himself -- no multiple points in the past when he could do that. Please listen to the testimony of scripture and be freed "again."Jesus isn't God speaking to the crowd. You seem to just be making things up.
Your claims aren't supported by Scripture. You made the claim that God was speaking to the crowd while Jesus was talking and that isn't the case. Jesus is God's prophet and messenger who spoke the things God told him, not God Himself speaking, to the crowd.Really?! Are you being that stubborn? Jesus spoke directly the words that only are of Yahweh. He does not have to say "thus saith the Lord" because he already is the Lord. I'm never say "thus saith Mike" when I speak my own words.Your claims aren't supported by Scripture. So did Moses. YHWH gave a prophecy of a prophet just like Moses who would speak the words of God without himself being God. Do you know who that prophet like Moses is?Jesus spoke directly the words that only are of Yahweh. He does not have to say "thus saith the Lord" because he already is the Lord. I'm never say "thus saith Mike" when I speak my own words.

I agreeAccording to the church father Augustine anyone who denies the Trinity is in danger of losing their salvation, but anyone who tries to understand the Trinity is in danger of losing their mind.

I agree
And the fact that the transcendent Godhead is one and triune must not be understood in any of our typical senses no unity or trinity, no number or oneness, no fruitfulness, indeed, nothing that is or is known can proclaim that hidden-ness beyond every mind and reason of the transcendent Godhead which transcends every being we cannot even call it by the name of goodness.
For sure, I was just going to say thatI agree

For sure, I was just going to say that
In Isaiah 9:6, however, the prophet, referring to the one who was to come, wrote, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
BAM...Jesus is Mighty God
You lost me on that one. Defend the Trinity? Then learn to defend it. Praise without effort equals what?
Someone has said that the sincerest form of flattery is emulation. Not that I believe God is looking to be "flattered". He needs nothing.
You lost me on that one. Defend the Trinity?
To all of the trinitarians on this board, pay close attention to what YHWH says concerning those wo dare to put words in His mouth about a trinity.
Anyone brave enough to step up and say YHWH said anything about a 3-in-1 God, being three persons, being a trinity, etc?
Deuteronomy 16
17Then the LORD said to me, “They have spoken well. 18I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. 19And I will hold accountable anyone who does not listen to My words that the prophet speaks in My name. 20But if any prophet dares to speak a message in My name that I have not commanded him to speak, or to speak in the name of other gods, that prophet must be put to death.”
@Hosanna
This may help as I think it is real important to Know who Jesus is.

Refuting Unitarian Errors Regarding the Deity of Jesus
Unitarians reject the triune nature of God and argue that the Bible teaches Jesus was not a divine Person but is simply the one Lord Messiah (a human being).answersingenesis.org
I believed that Jesus is God most of my life and never know a thing about Unitarianism (or Socinianism) till I joined BAM. One thing I do know about Unitarianism (or Socinianism) is it leads people astray as they hold to another Jesus. My thoughts are, if you don't believe in the real Jesus you are not His and you father is Satan.
