All Claims of The Son's Deity

Jesus the Second Person of the Trinity is one in essence with God the Father. That is, the “being” of Christ is the being of God. He is not merely similar to Deity, but He is Deity.

Faith in the deity of Christ is necessary to being a Christian. It is an essential part of the New Testament gospel of Christ. Yet in every century the church has been forced to deal with people who claim to be Christians while denying or distorting the deity of Christ.

Paul warned that there Are other Gospels that are distortions of the True Gospel. Paul said about people following other gospels that they are accursed. First of all, we need to remember that we are talking about people living their lives in a dark world. And they are just like their father.

John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out his desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, refusing to uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, because he is a liar and the father of lies.

Thanks for proving you cannot support nor defend your beliefs using the Bible. Say what you will, but Unitarainism has a monopoly on the plain words of Scripture. We can hand a Bible to people, walk away, and they'll be a Unitarian at the end of the day. You guys have indoctrination camps you call a "church" and you have to meticulously teach them all of the doctrines before they can get anywhere. It only works on the ignorant and Biblically illiterate. Those who distort what the Scriptures plainly say will be brought under judgement.

This is why you are playing a dangerous game with your "trinity" god mumbo jumbo. You are not saying what the Scripture says about God and leaving it at that. No, you won't even dare repeat what the Bible says without adding your spin to it about the trinity.

2 Peter 3
16He writes this way in all his letters,g speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.
We can call you Prophet Runningman -- the all knowing who now shows the Christians that everything known about Christ is false. hahaha
I guess you false prophets do not always know you are preaching a false gospel.

The Bible doesn't say the gospel is "Believe Jesus is God to be saved." Did you know that?

The Bible doesn't say a lot of things. How long have you been studying what the Bible does not say? I'd say long enough to get your master of divinity.

The Bible does say Jesus is God:

IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. [Isa. 9:6.]
2 He was present originally with God.
3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.
4 In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.
5 And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].
6 There came a man sent from God, whose name was John. [Mal. 3:1.]
7 This man came to witness, that he might testify of the Light, that all men might believe in it [adhere to it, trust it, and rely upon it] through him.
8 He was not the Light himself, but came that he might bear witness regarding the Light.
9 There it was—the true Light [was then] coming into the world [the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light] that illumines every person. [Isa. 49:6.]
10 He came into the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him [did not know Him].
John 1:1–10.

I guess i'm not familiar with the Unitarian Gnostic Bible but I can share normal translations.
You forget the discussions on even that topic. Oh well.
We have Joel 2:32 which is clearly Yahweh. That is another finding of scripture for you to deny.

The Bible teaches that Jesus is really and truly God, the second person of the Trinity. And it teaches that amazing fact over and over again, in a vast number of ways. People sometimes think that the doctrine of the deity of Christ, that Jesus is God, is based on only a few passages that are controversial. But the truth is that this doctrine is found over and over again in Scripture. It is pervasive. It is found on nearly every page of the New Testament in one way or other.

For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, Colossians 2:9

Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.” John 8:58

Nothing in the Bible says to believe Jesus is God or to call on Jesus to saved. This isn't looking good for you.

It's ironic you said the Bible doesn't say a lot of things and then after that you heavily edited John 1:1-10 with your opinions that are not stated in the Bible.

Most commentaries and trinitarians are not going to tell you that most of the same things that are said of Jesus are said of others in the Bible.

Ephesians 4
19of the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Wow. you totally missed what I shared. You really do not know what you are doing here. We can help you understand scripture if you will can stop rejecting scripture.
Let's understand Scripture then. Go ahead and show me where you are required to believe Jesus is God to be saved according to the gospel. Go for it, teacher.

Can I recommend an English comprehension class for you? I was not quite saying you need to recognize the divinity of Christ to be saved (of course a blatant denial of that may reflect a rejection of Christ). I shared that you have to call on Jesus to be saved. This was the answer to the question of needing to believe A or B. I gave you the explanation of B. A person can call on the name of the Lord but not be aware of the full meaning of that yet still be saved.
No wonder why scripture never makes sense to you. You are searching here and there to find away to avoid acknowledging the Lord.

The word "elohim" in Genesis 1:1 does not prove that Jesus is God or that we should believe or confess that Jesus is God.

The word "elohim" is indeed grammatically plural, but in Hebrew it often functions as a singular title, especially when referring to the one true God. This is called a plural of majesty, and not a numerical plural of persons. The verb created "bara" is singular, showing that only one acted. So while "elohim" can function like "police" sometimes singular and sometimes plural the verb form makes it clear: a single God created. The one true God acted alone through His own spiritual body often referred to as His "logos" and not through multiple divine persons. There is no trinity here and no conversation between separate minds. Just one God expressing Himself. Here's how a friend of mine wrote it... The word "elohim"is always found in the plural form and is often called a uniplural noun. A uniplural noun is a word that appears in the plural form, but is used for singular and plural subjects alike. Words like “deer” and “fish” are examples of uniplural nouns in English. The word "elohim" as with many Hebrew words carries more than one definition. When it's being used in a plural sense, it refers to “gods” or “men with authority.” When it's used in its singular sense, it can refer to “God” or “a god” or “a man with authority, such as a judge.”

Ok teacher. So you can't show anything where Jesus said he is God and you can't show anything that says believe Jesus is God to be saved. Is Jesus the Son of the living God who identified himself as a man who worships and prays to his God and Father, just like he taught his brothers to do, or is that totally wrong?

you still cannot read. oh well. We saw
Romans 10:9 (NASB95)
9that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
We saw Joel 2:32
And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the LORD Will be delivered;

You are too deep in denial to accept the testimony of scripture.

Is Jesus the Son of the living God who identified himself as a man who worships and prays to his God and Father, just like he taught his brothers to do, or is that totally wrong?
You have not learned yet that Christians recognize both the divinity of Christ and of his humanity. Indeed he did things as man does. I cannot believe you are so dense not to recognize that humanity is part of who Jesus is. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to teach you anything beyond the simplest facts.

Yes, exactly and brilliantly said. This is why elohim, though grammatically plural, is always with a singular attribute.

For example, God (Elohim) though a plural word in a grammatical sense, is not about there being numerically more than one person who is God. Hence, God is identified with singular pronouns. Hebrew grammar experts agree with this and this usage of elohim with singular attributes is consistent throughout the Bible. As you said, elohim is also used of humans who are not more than one person. Trinitarians have not a clue what they are talking about.

Genesis 1
27So God [Elohim] created man in His own image;
in the image of God He created him;
male and female He created them.

This part proves Jesus is not YHWH. Read more of Romans 10 and compare the Old Testament quotes Paul used with the corresponding verses in the Old Testament.

I have more questions for you teacher. Is the Son of Man the same person as the Son of God? Is the Son of God a man?

We already know that the verses I share indicate his divinity. Verses 6-7 show that Christ came from heaven. But you are too blind to understand that. Verse 13 again refers to Jesus as Lord in accord with Joel 2:32. Not sure how to help you anymore.

You should be able to guess on that. You fail again to know the basics. Jesus is divine and human. How does that escape your ability to comprehend it? you just make a mockery of scripture.

Then why isn't Jesus the Lord here?

Acts 3
18But in this way God has fulfilled what He foretold through all the prophets, saying that His Christ would suffer. 19Repent, then, and turn back, so that your sins may be wiped away, 20that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus, the Christ, who has been appointed for you.

Anyone else called son of God and son of man in the bible who is not God?

Both the Father and the Son may be called Lord. But you deny scriptures, so what does it matter to you? In Romans 10, it favors speaking of Jesus as Lord. Oh wait. It says that too. Instead of working with the ambiguity of Christ Jesus as both divine and human, you just cover it up and hold to a private interpretation.

Anyone else called son of God and son of man in the bible who is not God?
So you wish to dilute who Christ is? There are a variety of usage but we have Jesus' identity identified especially such except for those who will not hear what scripture says. You try every tactic you can find. I think you have special help to misconstrue scripture. You cannot be that bad all on your own.
