'The hound of Jewish monotheism' is a grand title. I'm glad 'they' clearly understood you by labelling you for who you represented. A sign of consistency and being true to your word, and in this case, true to His holy writ. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
I haven’t read it, but I will. I just ordered it, and the second volume. I also just ordered a reprint of “The True Believer’s Defense, Against Charges Preferred By Trinitarians, For Not Believing In The Divinity Of Christ, The Deity Of Christ, The Trinity, &c.” written by Charles Morgridge (in 1837).
My personal library probably comtains around 500 books, with about 90% of them written by trinitarian authors. (I seldom read unitarian authors. I primarily read trinitarian authors.) When people go through my private library after I die, I don’t want them to get the idea in their heads that I was a Jewish monotheist in public but a trinitarian behind closed doors!
My wife asked me recently what I might want to have placed on my tombstone. I’m seriously thinking about having “The hound of Jewish monotheism” inscribed on it. (A long time ago now, a trinitarian pinned it on me for the purpose of ridiculing my relentlessness about Jewish monotheism. I came to like the line - not just because it is me, but because Jewish monotheism itself is the hound that incessantly pursues mankind - and I‘ve used it ever since on Internet discussion forums I’ve been on. What was intended to harm me has worked to my benefit.)
I really have about 50 books focused on Theology. I used to have a lot more, over the years. Bible Translations, Dictionaries, Concordances, etc.
I noticed when I opened this book you mention that I just received, the author has no table of sources or formal bibliography; only some embedded sources in the pages, not including cited scripture. Quite odd to see this...
