All scripture is written to believers regardless of ethnicity.
That is a Gentile-bias incorrect belief.

Genesis (the Pentateuch: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy) authored by Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms were written by Hebrews to and for Hebrews. God sent His Prophets to Israel and these prophets wrote their messages down for Israel's use since their prophecies are past, present, and future as Christ is past, present, and future.
The Psalms were also written by prophets and contain a great many prophecies to Israel on identifying their promised Redeemer and Messiah and King when He appears. The whole of the Hebrew Scripture from Genesis to Malachi is so Israel would be able to identify their Redeemer when He comes the first time and again the second time. And when Israel's Messiah did come it was to fulfill many prophecies and to establish the grounds for their redemption which was instituted by Jesus Christ at His last Passover with twelve Jewish disciples whom He sent out with a message to all of Israel (Jews) scattered and living in Gentile lands heavily influenced by a Greek culture that affected their ability to continue as a unified Israel due to Jesus' own admonishment that He did not come the first time to unify the tribes but to divide them until His prophesied second coming at the last days. The statement by Jesus that "I come not to destroy, but to fulfill" (Matt. 5:17) clearly sets forth His purpose of fulfilling those prophecies necessary for the purpose of redeeming "His people from their sins" (Matt. 1:21), as Isaiah's 'Suffering Servant' before He can return a second time as Isaiah's 'Conquering King' in the mold of King David who overthrew mostly all of Israel's temporal enemies. The key to understanding the New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah lay in Christ's fulfillment of prophecies given to Israel under the Law during the time of the Tabernacle which represented God's method of their redemption clearly established in the first Passover meal instituted while the children of Israel were still in bondage in Egypt. What followed was a salvation covenant through Moses in which all aspects of the tripartite Law (Ceremonial, Social, and Moral) were the clues that would guide Israel in not only identifying their Messiah and King, but was also representative of how their salvation was not only codified in the Law but laid out God's plan of salvation of Israel which was defined in the ceremonial practices which Christ fulfilled at His first coming. Enoch's prophecy "The LORD cometh with ten thousands of His saints" (Jude 1:14) prophesied the second coming even before the first was eschatological in nature and included judgment of God's people. It was bound up in the fact that Jeremiah's future New Covenant was merely Christ's fulfillment of the prophecies given in the Law. Although it was Christ's fulfillment of the precepts given in the Law that identified Israel's Messiah and the work performed by Him during His first coming, it was the advent of the Holy Spirit of Promise God promised to His people through Joel that in absence of their King sealed 'the deal', as it were, and jumped-started the last days culminating in Messiah's second coming to sit on David's throne and administer God's rule upon Israel. The one thing that moved Israel forward was the fact of God's promises to Abraham and later to Moses upon which everything was to occur. Israel took comfort in one fact and that was that all these things were to come about through God's covenant promises given to Israel.

If you don't accept limited atonement you don't accept the gospel of God's grace, as well as Gods Sovereign Discriminate Love Rom 9:13

13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. Gods Love is restricted to the Elect
That's just your Imagination running away with you.

God doesn't discriminate, and neither should his people (Romans 2:11, 10:12). “To show partiality in judging is not good” (Proverbs 24:23). Christians are required to follow God's Word “without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism.” (1 Tim 5:21).

All people are created in the image of God, and therefore all races and ethnic groups have the same equal status and equal unique value.

All scripture is written to believers regardless of ethnicity. Not one scripture was ever written to any unbeliever, regardless of ethnicity. Now all scripture is written to believers, regardless of ethnicity. Even though the book of James was written to jewish believers, that letter can be sent to a Gentile assembly and be read for spiritual edification as well.

Mark tells us that Jesus began his ministry by preaching, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel” Mark 1:15

That command—repent and believe—is what God requires of us in response to the good news of Jesus. This the Gospel.

Throughout the New Testament, this is what we see the apostles calling people to do. Jesus called on his listeners to repent and believe the good news. Peter, at the end of his sermon on the day of Pentecost, told the people to “repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus” Acts 2:38.

Paul explained his ministry in Acts 20:21, saying, “I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus”.

And in Acts 26:18, he recounts how Jesus himself had sent him to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God [that is, repent], that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.

Faith and repentance. This is what marks out those who are Christ’s people, or “Christians.” In other words, a Christian is one who turns away from his sin and trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ—and nothing else—to save him from sin and the coming judgment.

It's a matter of interpretation.
The Scripture from Genesis to Revelation are clearly written to the Hebrew people.
It's their covenant. Leave them to it and stop trying to arm-chair from the court of the Gentiles. Go into the Holy of Holies for the answer. It was a Jewish priest, not a Gentile one.

your piece meal theology holds no water, do you work for random house ?

John 1:11- He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.

Jesus said several times He came to the lost sheep of the house of Israel- those are His people who received Him not.

Matthew 21:42
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Matthew 23:37
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those sent to her, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were unwilling!

Acts 3:13-15
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus. You handed Him over and rejected Him before Pilate, even though he had decided to release Him. / You rejected the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you. / You killed the Author of life, but God raised Him from the dead, and we are witnesses of this fact.

Romans 9:4-5
the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory and the covenants; theirs the giving of the law, the temple worship, and the promises. / Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them proceeds the human descent of Christ, who is God over all, forever worthy of praise! Amen.

Romans 10:21
But as for Israel he says: “All day long I have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”

Jeremiah 7:25-26
From the day your fathers came out of the land of Egypt until this day, I have sent you all My servants the prophets again and again. / Yet they would not listen to Me or incline their ear, but they stiffened their necks and did more evil than their fathers.

Wrong

The quote from the lips of God seems contrary to our usual understanding of Him. We easily understand that He would love an unborn child, but why and how could He have hated Esau, let alone before birth? That's not the God we think we know. We have to keep in mind that cultures differ in how they speak, which involves more than just the specific words they use. Different societies use different forms and figures of speech, as well. In that era, the love-hate phrasing is meant to show a contrast, not to imply that one side is looked at in some insulting way.

It helps to look at another example of the word "hate" in the New Testament. Jesus said this to those who were deciding about whether to follow Him or not: "If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple" (Luke 14:26). Clearly, Jesus doesn't want us to carry bitter, angry feelings toward our fathers, mothers, wives, and children. After all, we are commanded in Scripture to honor our parents, love our wives, and to raise our children wisely. In this case, the word "hate" is about comparison. Jesus wanted disciples who were so deeply committed to Him that their love for their family members looked like hate by comparison.

The same idea is at work in God's use of these contrasting words in Malachi and quoted by Paul here. God's act of love for Jacob, in choosing to give to him the covenant promises, was well beyond His actions towards Esau, in declaring that Esau would serve Jacob. There is a strong contrast there: one is clearly being given the preferred treatment, the other is not. Using dramatic, contrast-enhancing language, it can be said that one was "loved" and the other "hated."

Its a matter of spiritual things, nothing to do with ethnicity in spiritual things. For instance Christ the High Priest in Heaven per Heb 8:1

Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;

He is the same High Priest to the Church Rom 8:34

Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

The assembly at Rome was comprised of many Gentile believers, so Jesus is their High Priest at the Right Hand of God

your false gospel makes Jesus a failure since He couldn't save the Jews from their sins and they rejected Him.

The True gospel has no contradictions like your gospel.

He came to His own ( the Jews, lost sheep of the house of Israel ) and His own received Him not.

No its right. He chose to Love Jacob and not esau, but hated esau. He has Mercy on some and hardens others Rom9:18-19

18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?
