Each and every person when baptized into the body of Christ when they are converted receive their ministry (in time) and the gifts given to them of God to accomplish that call when they are born-again. Some understand their call and their gifts when they become saved, and some later as they grow to a maturity in order to "handle" their call and gifts.
What you are passing off as a calling given to every member in the body of Christ is incorrect, for such message is a mouth-gift and prophet-calling, and as Saul said elsewhere, "[We are NOT all] apostles, nor are we all given the same message.
The message in 1st Corinthians you attribute to Saul is HIS message and is not a message that God gave to ALL believers.
29 Are all apostles? NO.
are all prophets? NO.
are all teachers? NO.
are all workers of miracles? NO.
30 Have all the gifts of healing? NO.
do all speak with tongues? NO.
do all interpret? NO.
1 Corinthians 12:29–30.
14 For the body is not one member, but many. 1 Corinthians 12:14.
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
1 Corinthians 12:17.
By saying we must all preach what Saul mentions in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 is to teach we are all the mouth in the body of Christ. And if we are all the mouth and we are to all preach the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, then there are no other call and no other message given by God in the body of Christ.
But thank God we are all NOT the mouth in the body of Christ, and we do not all speak the same message.
