Those people are already saved, they just need to hear the Gospel. They already had Faith. Also "shall be saved" is different from "shall get saved". If those jews do what is stated in Rom 10:9-10 that was evidence they are saved, and shall be saved in the future. Its assurance

Amen, Christ actually gives them repentance in saving them Acts 5:31

Those whom Christ died for were Justified , His resurrection declared it Rom 4:25

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
Thats the resurrection written of in Rom 10:9

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Now if they believed in their heart in Christ resurrection from the dead, it gave evidence they were Justified when He rose from the dead.
