The doctrine of election

Paul preached particular atonement
Yep, “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” and, “That is why we labor and strive, because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, and especially of those who believe.” (Rom 10:9, 1Tim 4:10)

Whoever believes is particular!

Its based upon the word of truth. Jesus is a Saviour to Israel, Thats God elect. He gives repentance to Israel, Gods elect.
God chooses those who believe! “…so that whoever believes in him may not perish but have life everlasting.” And, “For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.”

He preached it right here Acts 13:23

23 Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:

He preached the same words to the gentiles Vs 42

42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

These Gentiles heard a limited atonement message, for Israel elect

God chooses who shall believe 2 Thess 2:13

13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
Oh my, here we go again!

We are chosen to to salvation “through” , which with the dative (ἁγιασμῷ and
πίστει) indicates the means through which salvation comes is “sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:”

God, has chosen, from the beginning of time, that salvation will be by means of sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth. In other words, God chose the means of salvation, not the people who would be saved.

God, has chosen, from the beginning of time, that salvation will be by means of sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth. In other words, God chose the means of salvation, not the people who would be saved.
He chose who would be saved, therefore He chose who would believe. Believing is the evidence of the Spirits work in Salvation, in behalf of Christ.

All Three Beings in the Trinity, had a part in saving the elect. The Father chose who would be saved, the Son redeemed the same, and the Spirit spiritually sanctifies them to believe the Truth.

Jesus prayed that the ones given to Him by the Father, and He would die for, that they be sanctified in the Truth Jn 17:17-20

17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
So the Holy Spirit provides the sanctification in the Truth 2 Thess 2:13

Deal with the Greek: that is the issue! I gave you the unadulterated meaning of the Greek. It does not, indeed cannot mean as you propose!
