They were to go into all the world where the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob was yet to be made known..
And, they were to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in the following manner...
For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our

While the Jews of the Exodus were being bewildered in the wilderness?
They needed to learn to CONCENTRATE on Moses to stabilize for what they
needed to do, and needed to think! They were baptized into Moses!
So.. When the disciples went into all the world?
The new believers entering into regeneration were to be baptized into
KNOWING ALL THEY COULD about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!.
Water baptism leaves one as ignorant after baptism as they were before.
We need knowledge to stabilize in the initially destabilizing effect of regeneration!
We need to become baptized into the Word of God!

and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of
service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the

We need to be baptized into the Word of God. Into the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!

Water baptism in the name of Jesus is for remission of sins.
Holy Ghost does not remit sins.

When sent out into the world the disciples were going to places that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were unheard of.
When the pagans of the world believed in Jesus and became spiritual by regeneration... They needed to become knowledgeable of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They were to be baptized into knowing the Godhead like the Jews were baptized into Moses.
The Baptism of the Spirit (at the point of regeneration) was automatic, and many times they were not even aware of what was taking place.
Yet while teaching about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, all needed truths would be made known to them.
