Scripture teaches that Jesus was not involved in his resurrection

You should stop trying to erase John 2:19.

You won't ever be able to do it.

Listen and learn.
Also I might add, the reason you have burned out after just a few comments that have actually dealt with the OP, instead of your constant bickering, is because you don't have any Scriptural support. John 2:19-21 is not a doctrine. I have about 2 dozen verses to the contrary of your singular verse that you keep misrepresenting completely out of context from the general Biblical narrative of Jesus being dead and needing God to save him.

No one in the Bbile said Jesus resurrected himself. Means he isn't God and the Trinity is false.

What Jesus said about his resurrection in John 2:19-21, he was simply being prophetic of what would happen to him. This is why John 2:22 is written in the passive voice, "When therefore he was raised from the dead..." to clarify that the subject "Jesus" did not perform the action of resurrection.

After Jesus died, no one said anything about Jesus being invovled in his resurrection. He was powerless to resurrect hismelf because he isn't God. Jesus begged and prayed to God to be saved from eternal death and God did it for him according to Acts 2:24, Hebrews 5:7, etc.

Jesus died, God did not die, God raised Jesus from the dead.

Acts 2:24
"But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him."
Acts 2:32
"God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it."
Acts 3:15
"You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this."
Acts 4:10
"Then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead..."
Acts 5:30
"The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross."
Acts 10:40
"But God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen."
Acts 13:30
"But God raised him from the dead..."
Romans 4:24-25
"...but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification."
Romans 6:4
"...just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life."
Romans 8:11
"And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you..."
Galatians 1:1
"Paul, an apostle—sent not from men nor by a man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead..."
Ephesians 1:20
"...he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms..."
Colossians 2:12
"...you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead."
1 Thessalonians 1:10
"...to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath."
1 Peter 1:21
"Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him..."
Runningham said: "No one in the Bbile said Jesus resurrected himself. Means he isn't God and the Trinity is false."

Except Jesus Himself.

"Destroy this temple and in 3 days I will raise it up." "But He was speaking of the temple of His body." John 2:18-21
"For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life so that I may take it again. ... I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again." John 10:17-18

This means that He is God and the Trinity is true.

Obviously this is metaphoric language: “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up again.” It's a propehcy.

In John 2:22, John uses the aorist tense to refer to a completed action in the past, but used the passive voice because the subject receives the action; i.e., "After he was raised" (as opposed to "After he raised himself" in the active voice)

Means John is saying Jesus didn't resurrect himself.
"For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life so that I may take it again. ... I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again." John 10:17-18
"to take it" (upλάβω (labō)) in John 10:17-18 doesn't suggest it was something Jesus would do. This word can be translated as "receive" so Jesus was reffering to his life as something he would receive (from God) again. Not something he would actively take back himself, in accordance with Jesus didn't resurrect himself.
This means that He is God and the Trinity is true.
Not so fast. Please reply to what I said.

Which doesn't negate the fact that Jesus also did it (John 2:19).

Simple.

If Jesus did not raise Himself from the dead as He promised He would do there are 3 problems for those who deny He raised Himself from the dead.

1- it makes Jesus out to be a liar
2- it makes Jesus a false prophet
3- it makes Jesus a sinner.

There is no way around the above when a person/or religious system denies Jesus literal words from John 2:19-21.

hope this helps !!!
