Satan and his Lies

The basic intent of Satan as a deceiver is to make man believe his lies and thereby go against God’s revelation in Scripture.

This is where Dr. Jeffress and by extension you, and for a time me, have missed the Biblical boat. There is nothing from without, that can "Make you" or Adam and Eve, or me, go against God's Word, thus defiling us. There is nothing from without, that can "Make You" believe lies being told to you by another voice, or even your own flesh. We have the Commandment of God, just as Adam and Eve. We choose to believe His Word or not believe His Word. This is why I replied to the sermon you copied and pasted, to point out this undeniable truth.

A man is defiled when they "Choose" of their own free will, to believe and live by the words of another, and not God. Satan did not "Make Eve" believe his words over God's Words. Eve didn't "Make" Adam reject God's Commandment. They blamed God for the circumstances surrounding their free will rejection of God. Just as Jeffress and Red Baker, and Civic. But God judged them for their own deeds. To say otherwise, is to reject God's written Judgment in favor of our own. And this of our own free will.

Adam and Eve, and every human ever created, is given the free will ability to believe and trust God's Word, and the free will ability to reject God and trust another. Otherwise it wouldn't be free will. This is why God blamed Blamed Adam for Adam's transgression, this is why God blamed Eve, for Eves transgression. This is why God promises over and over and over to judge EVERY MAN, according to his own deeds.

You can read this Truth from God in the Bible that exists in your own house. But No ONE can make you believe it, or not believe it. That is the choice God gave you, and it is made of your own free will, from within your own heart.

At least, this is what the Bible teaches.

The main thrust of Satan’s opposition here is against the Word of God. And he validates his lies with his false miracles.

No Scott, "We validate his lies when we believe him". Eve Validated his lies, when she was drawn away by them. He has no miracles apart from the deeds of mortal flesh. He has zero power, apart from the deeds of mortal flesh. Had Eve simply put on the Armor God gave her, including the Sword of the Lord, the Word of God, there is no transgression.

An uninhabited island in the pacific with birds but no humans has the Spirit of God, as it is written, HE created birds, and HE takes care of them. There is no Evil that exists on this Island. And there will never be any evil on this island, until a mortal man, with free will arrives there, and is drawn away by the lusts of his own flesh.

Adam, validated satan's lies. Eve, validated satan's lies, Cain validated satans lies. But Abel chose differently. Noah chose differently, Abraham chose differently, Moses chose differently. Caleb chose differently. All these became men who refused to Validate satans lies. Just as Jesus refused to validate satans lies.

Name 1 miracle of satan that wasn't made manifest through men that rejected God.

But the seas obey God. The clouds obey God. The Sun obeys God. Donkeys obey God. Even loaves of bread obey God.

I mean no offense here. And only hope that you study the Scriptures, and though them, answer the questions I posed. Most of the promoters of this world's religions, just ignore them, like the Mainstream preachers of Jesus Time did, when HE asked them questions concerning their philosophies. They believed they were all set, already heirs to the Kingdom. That "They shall surely not die". Paul said the Law and Prophets was written for our examples. And the things, well, I'll let you listen to Paul.
"Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Wherefore (Because of this) let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Clearly this is written to those influenced by the popular voice in the garden God placed us in, "Thou shall surely not die".

We must never forget that, as believers in the truth and veracity of God’s Word, Satan can empower people to perform his Satanic wonders thereby even deceiving the very elect.

Only by choosing, of our own free will, to listen to other voices "that come in Christ's Name", can God's Elect be deceived. King Solomon was deceived. How did this happen to him. Did satan "make him" listen to his foreign wives?

24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God’s chosen ones).
Mattt 24:24.

How can you say Eve didn't encounter a false Christ, a false prophet? Surely Eve was a chosen one!

All I'm saying is to study scriptures, outside the prism of all the "other voices" in the garden God placed you in. Unless you are like so many, that don't really care to Seek the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness, or really care to "Live by" the Word's God gave us, choosing instead to join the masses in this world's religions who promoters "say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you".

But the undeniable truth of the Holy Scriptures is that those who chose to have Faith in God, didn't walk in this tradition. Abel, Noah, Abraham, in fact every example of Faith given in Scriptures, at some point in their life "Yielded themselves" to God's Word, and no longer walked in this very popular religious tradition of choosing to live by the many differing religious voices in this world, "who profess to know God". And certainly John the Baptist and the Jesus of the Bible, although surrounded by this world's religious voices who professed to know God, did not Live by or learn from their teaching, rather, they Lived by the Word's of God written for their admonition. Paul was taught about God from the greatest and most popular theological minds of his time, Gamaliel. And yet by living in the popular philosophies promoted by the religious system of the world in Paul's time, Paul became a children of the devil. These things are simply undeniable biblical Truth.

Before I start you have a post to you that you need to answer. #237 I'll be very brief.

You have no clue concerning.... the undeniable truth of the Holy Scriptures. Studyman, no man has ever first sought God, without God first preparing that man to do so, no man!

Jesus Christ was the only begotten Son of God in the manner in which he was begotten and was separate from sinners from conception until his death for the sins of his people. John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost from his mother's womb, God make his choice for him! God called Abraham alone by the same Spirit that created the world with by simply willing it to be so! Isaiah 51:2! Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD~ God found not one thing worthy in Noah but what he found in all of his children...sinners in need of mercy and grace. Best described here by the prophet Ezekiel:

Ezekiel 16:3-14~"And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite. And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all. None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born. And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live. I do not see any "me" in these wonderful scriptures portraying what God has done for his elect. Your religion is of the prince of this world, the same prince that had the power to speak through the serpent to Eve!

First, you preach to the entire world that the Holy One of Israel, the Christ's Laws, are a Yoke of Bondage, Rudiments of this world, Beggarly Elements that HE placed on the necks of those who trusted Him. Laws that are, by your own words, "Impossible to keep". Then you preach Christ slaughtered tens of thousands of men for disobeying His impossible to keep laws. So it was the Laws of the Holy One of Israel, which were at fault, and to fix it, God had to abolish His Own Laws.

Then you preach that this same Christ became a man, but gave Himself God powers HE Himself withheld from all other humans. And by accessing Powers He didn't allow any other human to possess, He overcame sin and temptation. Then, when HE overcame using these powers He withheld from all other humans, HE gave Himself a Trophy, and gloried Himself above all other humans, who are punished because they couldn't keep Christ's Laws, that you preach only God can keep.

And now you preach that this same Christ, sent His own Creation, EVE, into a world in which exists, according to you, the most evil, deceitful and wicked above all things creature, without any warning, and without "ANY Assistance" from Him at all. And then when she was overcome with this monster of an evil creature, He punished her greatly, and not just her, but her children, and my children, by making them born with a Sin Nature, and "totally depraved".

And then when this same Christ comes back, HE is going to throw these same people into a Lake of fire, which will destroy them, unless their names were randomly picked by some invisible Holy Lottery, never mentioned in scriptures even once, where God picks winners and losers based on nothing they choose to do, even though HE said over and over and over and over to "Choose the Good and reject the evil", and even though HE said Himself over and over and over that He will judge every man according to their deeds.

So no Red. I have the free will ability to believe in the Holy One of Israel, and not believe you. Just as Eve had the Free will ability given her by the same Christ, to believe Him over the talking snake. I choose, of my own free will, to believe the Christ, over your adopted religion. I invite you to do the same.

As Paul warns:

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ".
