You ignore the fact some are stated of having repented
You ignore the fact that we see those declared righteous
You ignore the fact we read of those having sought, feared, and trusted God
We read of man having pleased God
We read Israel had served God all the days of Joshua
In Romans 10:8–13 we read of man's ability to believe “The word is near to you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim)

Deut 30:11 clearly asserts the commandment is possible for man to meet

Yes it is, you denying scripture testimony. Paul wrote that the Ephesians had believed by the power of God, the same power that raised up Jesus Christ from the dead Eph 1:19-20
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Thats because before we believe we are dead in sin. Its the same word dead as in Eph 2:5
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)

Sorry but you denying the power of God. The Power of God should be acknowledged here for ones believing, but you would rather give it man. Not good
The power of God provides the salvation. The power of God is also the gospel

And this Truth should be preached in the Gospel.
