Revelation is for NOW, not the FUTURE?

GINOLJC, to all.
The book of Revelation is Past, Present and Future. scripture, Revelation 1:19 "Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;"

the things which thou hast seen, (PAST, before John's Day), the OT of how God Judged and delivered his people, (the remnant), chapter 6, 7 and 8. the things which are, (PRESENT, in John's day), the birth of Christ, Chapter 12. the two witness, Chapter 11, John the Baptist and the Lord Jesus the Christ. and the spreading of the Gospel by the Holy Ghost in men Chapter 10. and the things which shall be hereafter, (FUTURE, after John's day), chapters 13-22.

So, Revelation 1:19 "Write the things which thou hast seen, (PAST, before John's Days) and the things which are, (PRESENT, in John's days), and the things which shall be hereafter;" (FUTURE, after John's days)

This is the REVEALING of JESUS, Past, Present, and Future.

and as for time.... 2 Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.". the Lord Jesus bee gone for only two "DAYS".

scripture, Hosea 6:2 "After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight."

Well, even though the book of Revelation certainly makes reference to the past and the present, we can see in the first few chapters that the Lord spiritually guided John into the future, and many of the events described have not yet occurred. The book of Revelation is mostly prophecy. What a great book that unveils the things that will happen in the near future! …Selah
