Everything in life—the decisions we make, the words we speak, and the actions we take—begins in the mind. Before we say or do anything, we think about it. The fact that our thoughts are so powerful and wield so much influence over every area of our lives is why the enemy, Satan, attacks our minds so often and so strategically.

No matter what the enemy does, he is a defeated foe. Jesus has won the victory over him, and He wants us to enjoy the victorious life He died to give us. To enforce the victory Jesus wants us to have, we need to know how to recognize and resist the enemy’s attempts to use our thoughts against us.

The Bible has a lot to say about words, thoughts, and the mind. I believe you will quickly locate the source of many of your problems when you begin to think about what you have been thinking about.

The thought of evil spirits that can influence the way we think may be new to you, and it may be disconcerting. But the Bible teaches that they do exist.

For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
Ephesians 6:12

If you think Satan no longer has assess to our minds you have already lost the battle and your being deceived by him.
So true. From the verse you quoted "Eph 6:12 we see that we are in a war. A careful study of this verse informs us that our warfare is not with other human beings but with the devil and his demons. Our enemy, Satan, attempts to defeat us with strategy and deceit, through well-laid plans and deliberate deception.

The devil is a liar. Jesus called him “the father of lies and of all that is false” (John 8:44). He lies to you and me. He tells us things about ourselves, about other people and about circumstances that are not true. He does not, however, tell us the entire lie all at one time.

He begins by bombarding our mind with a cleverly devised pattern of little nagging thoughts, suspicions, doubts, fears, wonderings, reasonings, and theories. He moves slowly and cautiously (after all, well-laid plans take time). He has studied human beings for a long time, and he has a strategy for warfare.

He knows what we like and what we don’t like. He knows our insecurities, our weaknesses, and our fears. He knows what bothers us most. He is willing to invest any amount of time it takes to defeat us. One of the devil’s strong points is patience.

Im far away removed from people whom are Christians that believe the devil is still roaming around today.

As far as "Thought process" because I believe Jesus took care of Satan.

one thing I hate the most is people who think they can get by with stuff with just a little nudge of saying the things they are capable of saying.


Even the most evil person can sound like the sweetest person, and then murder you...

Ive seen many cases... What made the killer do it? it wasnt the devil.

There have been pastors out there that murdered, even pastors and female nuns in church that have molested Children.

Was that the devil too? No that was people and their desires.

There have been people who have grown up beat to death and bible verses read to them, and told if they dont believe them they will get beat again...

This is the reality of the desires of people who desired to put these things upon other human beings.

In Ephesians 6:12, the apostle Paul introduces the believers in Ephesus to the reality of spiritual warfare in the Christian life: “For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12, NLT). Before discussing the armor Christians must wear in combat and their weapons of warfare, Paul stresses that the battle is spiritual, not physical. We do not fight against flesh and blood means we do not face a physical enemy but a spiritual one.

Christian warfare consists of a spiritual strategy fought with supernatural weapons against an unseen enemy. The opposition is real but not visible to the naked eye. Beneath the surface, an invisible spiritual battle is raging. We fight this war not with tangible weapons like guns and ammunition, nor with bodily defenses such as kicks and punches, but by daily putting on the whole armor of God, always praying, standing firm in the Word of God, and staying alert (Ephesians 6:13–18).

If we do not fight against flesh and blood, whom are we wrestling with, and who are our spiritual enemies? Paul named these opponents as the devil and his schemes, the rulers, authorities, and “powers of this dark world,” and “the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:10, 12). His description seems to indicate a pecking order of evil beings who do Satan’s bidding to oppose God’s will on earth.

The apostle Peter also warned believers to remain vigilant against the devil: “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith” (1 Peter 5:8–9).

We do not fight against flesh and blood means that our enemies are not human but demonic. Many in Paul’s Ephesian audience had previously dabbled in the occult (Acts 19:18–20) and would have been familiar with the devil and his evil forces.

The Bible calls the devil, or Satan, “the prince of this world” (John 12:31), “the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient” (Ephesians 2:2), “the god of this age” (2 Corinthians 4:4), and “the accuser” of believers (Revelation 12:10). This is our true enemy.

Paul says, in our fight with this enemy, we must be aware of his tactics (2 Corinthians 2:11). And in Ephesians 6:11–12, Paul mentions three main traits of Satan’s spiritual forces. First, they are powerful. They have authority to rule in the world. Second, they are evil. These wicked spiritual enemies use their power to wreak destruction. They are associated with darkness and not light, wickedness and not good. And, third, they are shrewd. They know how to scheme and strategize. They are so skilled at deception that sometimes they come disguised as angels of light (2 Corinthians 11:14) or wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15).

So how can we, in our human weakness, expect to stand against such strong and cunning enemies? Brute strength won’t win the battle. Humanly speaking, victory is impossible. In our struggle against the devil and his scheming forces, Paul says we must “be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power” (Ephesians 6:10). It is our job to stand aside and let God fight the battle for us, and only then are we sure to win.

Only God can strengthen, defend, and deliver us from the power, wickedness, and craft of the devil (2 Timothy 4:17–18). Our enemy may be strong, but God is stronger (1 John 4:4). God makes available to us the same mighty power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead and seated Him at God’s right hand in heaven (Ephesians 1:19–20). Our enemies are defeated through Christ’s victory over them on the cross (Colossians 2:15).

When David came up against the Philistine giant, he recognized that his fight was not ultimately against flesh and blood. Goliath taunted David and cursed his God, saying, “Am I a dog, that you come at me with sticks? . . . Come here . . . and I’ll give your flesh to the birds and the wild animals!” (1 Samuel 17:43–44). But David, trusting in the strength of the Lord and His mighty power, answered, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied” (1 Samuel 17:45).

“For the battle is the LORD’s!” declared David (1 Samuel 17:47), and so ought we as we engage in spiritual warfare. Our fight is not against flesh and blood. The victory depends on the Lord, not us.

Man, don't stoop down to their level; they're trolls or what I call jesters. Think of them as entertainers, just laugh and shrug it off. You've made excellent points that inspired me to research more. I also saw that you mentioned how you made videos and deleted them due to a relapse. I want to congratulate you on overcoming such an obstacle. I myself have walked that walk. God bless you!

Here Jesus tells us how we are to win the victory over the lies of Satan. We must get the knowledge of God’s truth in us, renew our minds with His Word, then use the weapons of 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 to tear down the strongholds and every high and lofty thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

Our warfare is not “against flesh and blood” therefore, carnal (weak, worldly) weapons will not do. We need weapons that are God-empowered (mighty in God). Their purpose is for pulling down (demolishing) strongholds (anything opposing God’s will). Here Paul refers specifically to warfare in the mind, against arrogant, rebellious ideas and attitudes (which he terms arguments), and against every high thing (pride) opposed to the true knowledge of God. The aim is to bring every disobedient thought into . . . obedience to Christ.

Demon possession was a reality when Jesus walked this earth. After He ascended into heaven and pored out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost , during the days of the Apostles who also cast them out and in our day too. I don’t think you understand the biblical narrative about sin, Satan , demons , fallen angels , the fall, evil and the power of the Holy Spirit.

When evil dwells within our hearts, it is revealed in our actions and our words. Why? Because every sin always begins with pride. Immorality, anger, greed, drunkenness, lying, jealousy, gossip, stealing…every single sin has pride as its deepest root.

A prideful heart is one that says it doesn’t need anyone or anything to get through life…including God.

Ephesians 4:29 reveals we can be a blessing with our mouths but we can also hurt others with our speech. Our communication can even corrupt others. That’s pretty powerful, isn’t it? We can actually contaminate people with the words we speak. So we must ask ourselves, “are my posts building up or tearing down those who read them? Am I giving them the gifts of courage and hope, holiness, and faithfulness through my words, or do my words reveal my pride and selfishness? Are my words a blessing or a curse?”

Satan waits for opportunity to get his foot in the door. Do not have the habit of giving place to Satan is something we all need to work on.

Uncontrolled anger is an open door and an invitation for Satan to enter in to disrupt and corrupt the body. He can only hurt and harm when he finds a place in someone's life to do his evil work.

There is also issues with the truth that has been abandoned among humanity. Many people are doing things they don't realize are wrong because of what they've been taught.

Jesus often hurt others with what He said. What He said was needed to be said regardless of how it hurt others.

Did Jesus have "uncontrolled anger" when he chased others from the temple with a small cords tied into a whip.

John 2:15 So he made a whip of cords and drove them all out of the temple courts, with the sheep and the oxen. He scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.

Jesus actually used a very similar device to the very weapon he was scourged with in...

John 19:1 Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged severely.

Anger is good when it has to do with the innocent and unjust measures of men. Bad things happen when men do nothing.
 
Jesus did have "controlled anger" when He saw what His fathers house was being used for. He did prophesize that the temple would be torn down, with no stone left unturned.

We are not called to dispel the darkness; we are called to turn on the light.

Everything we do is a product of our thoughts. In other words, we don’t do anything without first thinking it, which is why turning to God and thinking positive thoughts is not quite enough either.

“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things”

“Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you”. In other words, live the truth, do the noble deed, do the right thing, live a pure life, and practice loving others as a noble citizen in God’s kingdom
