Redeemed from unbelief !

Christ Redeems those He died for from the Prison of Unbelief !

Titus 2:14

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

To be redeemed from all iniquity does include being redeemed from unbelief, the prison of unbelief. It should be remembered that to be in unbelief/disobedience is a matter of being imprisoned, for it is written in Rom 11:32

32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

To be concluded in unbelief is to be imprisoned to it. The greek word concluded is sygkleiō and means:

I.to shut up together, enclose

A.of a shoal of fishes in a net

II.to shut up on all sides, shut up completely

Man by nature is Locked up in Unbelief / disobedience !

Rom 11:32

32 For God has made all people prisoners of disobedience, so that he might show mercy to them all.GNT

32 For God has imprisoned all in disobedience, so that He may have mercy on all.HCSB

This is important to know, and this is why its impossible for any sinner by nature to believe and or obey, to say they can, is to say they overcame in their flesh being imprisoned to unbelief, which means they redeemed themselves out of the prison of unbelief and not Christ, is to usurp that prerogative from Christ !

Do you believe these words -

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. 2 Timothy 2:10

Do you believe God wants the elect to also obtain salvation?

“Might” in Titus 2:14 guarantees the redemption, but does not guarantee who "might" be the ones redeemed i.e, who will believe or receive it.

Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Sure it ensures everyone Jesus gave Himself for be redeemed from all iniquity and purified unto good works. So if one never experiences it, Christ didnt give Himself for them, its just that simple.

Yes, but not the non elect. Salvation is restricted to the elect, from out of jews and from out gentiles. The non elect are not redeemable.

Another word salad without addressing the truth that the scriptures teach.

God desires for the elect to also receive salvation.

Its crystal clear, Salvation in Christ is for Gods elect

He *might*. You left out the word "might". That was merely His intent. So it might not end up that all get redeemed.

Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

I already commented on that friend.

The elect are redeemed unto God, from unbelief unto believing and Faith in God 1 Pet 1:18-21

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation[unbelief] received by tradition from your fathers;

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Belief in the True God and Faith in Christ are purchased redemptive blessings for the elect. Its impossible for them to remain in false religions in unbelief of the True God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent to redeem them.

The scripture certainly teaches us that God in Christ does rescue His People, them for whom Christ died, from unbelief and ignorance, by stating deliverance from darkness. Darkness symbolizes spiritual ignorance and unbelief. Remember how Paul testified that he acted in opposition towards Christ and the Church in ignorance and unbelief 1 Tim 1:13

13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.

In spiritual matters of Christ ignorance and unbelief are joined at the hip, and ignorance also represents darkness.

So God in Christ rescues His Elect from the darkness and ignorance of unbelief by His effectual call and He aught to be praised and thanked for , in opposition to those who were appointed to disobedience, God called/rescued His elect out of darkness into the Marvelous light not doubt of the Gospel 1 Pet 2:8-9

8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

See God left certain ones in disobedience and darkness in Vs 8, but the Chosen of His, He called them out of darkness, disobedience, unbelief and ignorance, and shined in their hearts the Light of the Gospel 2 Cor 4:4
