You admit that God doesn't make arbitrary choices, you then claim God chose you.
There is no other rational equation left but to say that God made a meritorious choice in you.......
Was God's choice in Christ meritorious?

Joh 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honor.
So because He chose me it was arbitrary? LOL There is dome sound reasoning.
I have no idea why God chose you or I. Because you don't know does not mean it was arbitrary or meritorious.
Did He choose you because you believed? Sounds meritorious

1 Corinthians 1:21 (KJV 1900) — 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

That is right. You don't have to explain anything. However, denying two choices without providing an alternative is contrary to anything good. You're hiding behind your lack of choice while denying other's choices.
