Mercy for some Unbelievers

God has mercy on some for their unbelief. In Rom 11 its seen that some Gentiles received mercy even in unbelief Rom 11:30-31

30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

And some jews who are in unbelief obtain mercy as well:

31 Even so have these[jews] also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

Some People from amongest the Gentiles and Jews who are unbelievers, will inspite of it, obtain mercy from God. These are the vessels of mercy Paul speaks of in Rom 9:23-4

23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

See unbelief wont stop God from having mercy upon these and regenerate them and give them faith Titus 3:5

5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Vessels of Mercy can never be condemned for, nor die in unbelief !

That’s because they believe,
They believe because of mercy had upon them. Christ died for their unbelief as He did for the rest of their sins.

Rom 11:32

32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he[God] might have mercy upon all.
This is Spiritual Mercy God has upon them Titus 3:5

They are able to believe because God’s mercy gives them something in which to believe, and the opportunity in which they can believe.

If God doesn’t graciously offer mercy, there would be no promise in which to believe, and thus, no opportunity for belief.

This said, God doesn’t actually save until we believe that he has done (and will do) what he has promised.

It is not by keeping the law (works) that we are saved, but by believing (trusting) that he will do what he promises.

It is mercy, because we didn’t (and never can/will) deserve this offer, it is grace because he didn’t have to be merciful. When we believe, and not before, “he saves us by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.”

His Mercy gives them regeneration and faith. They're the vessels of mercy from Rom 9:23 in contradistinction from the vessels of wrath from Rom 9:22

So Paul by the Spirit wouldn't all the sudden change that difference between the two groups.

Again the ones in Rom 11:32 are the called vessels of mercy from not only the jews but from the Gentiles also Rom 9:24

24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

I can teach you Romans but you aren't teachable.

His Mercy gives them regeneration and faith.
You missed a couple of words in your statement above. It should read ‘His mercy gives them opportunity for regeneration and faith!’

We are condemned or not condemned on our act of belief alone, as scripture unambiguously states:

John 3:18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

Nothing and everything happens because of faith or the lack thereof, and that is ours to do, one way or another, alone!
