Looking for Job

127) Looking for Job

Job 13

He would then become my salvation,

For no godless person may come in before

him.

- He knows God can’t condemn him!

- He knows his faithfulness to God!

- He knows he can stand in front of God!

- He has never done anything he could be ashamed of!

128) Looking for Job

Job 13

Listen closely to my word;

Pay attention to my declaration.

See, now, I have prepared my legal case;

I know I am in the right.

- Job’s thoughts are clear!

- He has all his fighting spirit!

- His mind is so strong that it surpasses his pain and suffering!

- He has prepared his legal case meaning he has organized his personal defense!

- It is really important for him!

- And above all, he knows he is right!

- It is his compass which helps him to stay on course!

129) Looking for Job

Job 13

Who will contend with me?

I would die if I were to stay silent!

- Here we are: Job is ready to defend himself at any cost!

- There is nothing more valuable than his reputation in front of God!

- He will never keep silent!

- In fact, he will keep silent but only after having Fought with all his strength!

- Then he can keep silent!

- But not before!

130) Looking for Job

Job 13

Only grant two things to me, O God,

So that I will not conceal myself from before

you:

Remove your heavy hand far away from me,

And do not let the fear of you terrify me.

- Wow, wow, wow!

- He wants God to stop striking him, we can understand that!

- Even if it is the devil and God will stop him!

- But the last verse is so powerful!

- In fact, he wants back his personal relationship with God, nothing else!

- It is vital for him!

- It is his root to life!

131) Looking for Job

Job 13

Either call and I will answer,

Or let me speak, and you answer me.

- Job wants to speak with God!

- He doesn’t want to speak with anybody else!

- Any connection will do!

- Whatever happens, he wants this communication!

- He can’t do without it!

132) Looking for Job

Job 13

What Are my errors and sins?

Reveal to me my transgression and my sin.

Why do you hide your face

And consider me your enemy?

-Yes, Job wants to know his errors and sins!

- Because he knows he hasn’t done anything wrong!

- And he wants God to tell him!

- He wants a discussion with God!

- Meaning he is used to doing it!

- And he doesn’t know what is happening!

- Why can’t he speak with God?

- Of course he doesn’t know what’s on between God and the devil!

- He doesn’t know God can’t have a discussion with him!

- And it is unbearable for him!

- Imagine you can’t speak with somebody who is close to you!

- You can’t speak with this person because he or she refuses to speak to you because of something you don’t know and you are not responsible!

- Of course, it is better to speak and to clarify the situation!

- When it is not possible, it is hard!

-Yes, Job wants to know his errors and sins!
- Because he knows he hasn’t done anything wrong!
If we believe in all humans being created as sinners in Adam or if we believe in our existence and fall by our own free will before the creation of the physical universe, then we must accept that Job was a sinner on earth needing redemption in Christ, the superlatives of his moral character notwithstanding.

- And he doesn’t know what is happening!
- Why can’t he speak with God?
- Of course he doesn’t know what’s on between God and the devil!
- He doesn’t know God can’t have a discussion with him!
There is a very curious bypay in this story which comes from the pre-conception existence theory of our life in the heavens a spirits in which every sinner had his fall by his own true free will before the creation of the physical universe which all the Sons of GOD saw and sang HIS praise, Job 38:7, after which they were sown into the earth as sinners: Matt 13:36-39.

IF the call to all sinful people of the kingdom is the same, ie, 2 Cor 6:17 “Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” Berean Standard Bible and
IF the reason the judgement day has been postponed due to the intransigence of these sinful people of the kingdom against coming out of the world and its pleasures and profits, Matt 13:27-30, it seems likely we must live with the reprobate weeds until we have learned to fulfill this command and we are finally willing to accept the death and destruction of the reprobate people of the evil one, men, women and children, 1 Samuel 15:3, by their harvest into fire by the angels of GOD after the sinful but good seed are made safe by their holiness...

THEN it is no great leap to see that GOD may have used Job to open the eyes of the world to the absolute depths of eternal evil in Satan and his angels by letting him to chose to monster the most holy old man on earth (and his family) just because YHWH spoke nicely about him ! so as to teach HIS people the necessity of them to come out from the evil ways of this world and their sins, to end their sympathy for the devil and the unbelievers condemned already, John 3:18,

and in this context
THAT HE may have made an agreement with Job before Job was sown into this world to do this terrible work for YHWH, that is, that HE didn't just drop Job and his family into this mess to be monstered without their consent. So few remember anything about their previous life in the heavens (though some have re-visited it, 2 Cor 12:2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of it I do not know, but God knows. Berean Standard Bible) so probably Job did not remember either and thus felt abused.

133) Looking for Job

Job 13

Will you try to frighten a windblown leaf

Or chase after dry stubble?

- A man is nothing compared to God!

- But Job knows the type of relationship he has with God!

- Or he thinks he knows!

- And in fact he is right!

- he has a special one!

- That’s why Job can’t stand the absence of communication!

- Once again we see the importance of communication!

- It doesn’t matter if sometimes it is hard to communicate!

- otherwise it makes it more difficult!

- And the problem gets bigger!

- Or it can lead to incommunicability!

If we believe in all humans being created as sinners in Adam or if we believe in our existence and fall by our own free will before the creation of the physical universe, then we must accept that Job was a sinner on earth needing redemption in Christ, the superlatives of his moral character notwithstanding.

- Of course, he was a sinner as every human being!
- But there was no one like him on earth!
- Moreover, the devil wanted to destroy him and his special relationship to Yah.weh!
- Thus the devil's special interest on him tells a lot!
- And he was blessed by Yah.weh!

- But the book of genesis says that Adam and eve were created perfect on the earth!
- Moreover the Sons of God are angels!

134) Looking for Job

Job 13

For you keep recording bitter accusations

against me,

And you make me answer for the sins of my

youth.

- Job doesn’t understand what’s on!

- And he tries hard to understand!

- He tries to go back to his past as far as he can!

- Thus he speaks about the sins of his youth!

- Of course, it has nothing to do with that!

- But when you don’t understand what’s on, you imagine any possibility!

- Even something which is not!

- And it brings more lack of understanding!

- It is a never ending story!

- You build on something which doesn’t exist for nothing!

135) Looking for Job

Job 13

You have put my feet in stocks,

You scrutinize all my paths,

And you trace out each of my footprints.

So man decays like something rotten,

Like a garment eaten by moths.

Stocks and pillory

These were used to punish people for crimes such as swearing or drunkenness. Criminals would sit or stand at a wooden frame and the local people would throw rotten food or even stones at them. The stocks and pillory were used as a punishment throughout the 16th and 17th centuries.

- In such punishment you were unable to move!

- You can imagine what the people would feel!

- Mentally and physically!

- Thus it is exactly what Job feels!

- Except that for Job the punishment lasted for months!

- It is like being eaten alive by red ants and you can’t escape!

136) Looking for Job

Job 14

“Man, born of woman,

Is short-lived and filled with trouble.

- Job speaks about man’s life!

- “short-lived”: Job is old when he speaks!

- But what does old mean!

- When we get older, we are physically old!

- But are we old mentally?

- The brain has so many abilities!

- And the more we live the more connections we can get!

- And we never use all that we have!

- And like the universe, the brain has no limit!

- So yes, man’s life is too short!

- And man is not made for such a short life!

- Otherwise why do we have such a powerful brain?

- But yes, in this world, our lives are filled with trouble!

- And Job knows what he speaks about because the devil is after him and he doesn’t know it!

- But the book of genesis says that Adam and eve were created perfect on the earth!
I know orthodoxy is happy with this interpretation but to understand how PCE interprets such verses:
there are actually three different Hebrew verbs used to describe God’s creation of man:

S1254 bārā’ in Gen. 1:27 (create)

S6213 ‘āśâ in Gen. 1:26, (make)

S3335 yāsar in Gen. 2:7 (formed)

Vines supports a separate meaning for asah from bara:
First, the text states God “made” (‛āśāh) the lights, not that He “created” (bārā’) them. Asah expresses the idea of producing something from pre-existing material, not the idea of bringing something into existence that did not exist before (bārā’).[60 Vine’s Complete Expository Dictionary, 52.]

Yet
Genesis 1:21 says that God created (bārā’)1254 the sea creatures while Nehemiah 9:6 says that God made (‘āśâ) 6213 them. In light of this, there are two possible conclusions: either the Bible contradicts itself with regard to the creation record, or the words bārā’ and ‘āśâ are used interchangeably.

Asah and bara, made and created are interchangeable synonyms but yasar is never used that way but refers to taking something and working it into form, like the clay and for a potter.

As for YHWH’s being the “former” of man’s spirit, Isaiah once more provides parallels. The verb yasar, “form” is indigenous to craftsmen who work in clay and other malleable materials. As such a craftsman, YHWH refers to Himself as the “former” of Israel Isa 43:1; 7, 21 and of the servant 49:5. He also formed the earth (45:18), thus again attesting to His power as Creator. Though Zechariah uniquely describes YHWH as the former of man’s spirit, the psalmist seems to agree when he speaks of YHWH as the one who forms the hearts of people Ps 33:15.

Strongs: Authorized Version (KJV) Translation Count YASAR:
Total: 62
form 26, potter 17, fashion 5, maker 4, frame 3, make 3, former 2, earthen 1,
purposed 1
...never once is YASAR translated created.

Yet Isa 44:2 shows that asah and yasar can somehow fit together:
Isa 44:2 Thus saith the LORD that made (asah) 6213 thee, and formed (yasar) 3335 thee from the womb...
which is interpreted in the sense of: "I created thee ( your spirit person) then fashioned, fit, this spirit into your body into the womb...." which forming is called a sowing in Matt 13:36-39, ie, to sow in these verses cannot mean to create because the devil is said to sow also so it must be used in its ordinary form "to move from storage to the field to grow."

So, if you got this far, you can see that the words for Adam's creation in Genesis do NOT NECESSARILY limit Adam's creation to a creation on earth but can be interpreted as referring only to the creation of Adam's body from the dust which HE then infilled (sowed into) with Adam's spirit by HIS breath/Spirit.

- Moreover the Sons of God are angels!
What is your evidence that this word all in Job 38:7 while the morning stars sang together and All the sons of God shouted for joy? Berean Standard Bible refers only to angels and not, as it says, to ALL those created as HIS Sons as spirits? If you are a son of GOD, these words can be read to put you in heaven at the time of the physical creation of the universe and you saw it and sang HIS praises !!! without doing any damage to the words or twisting them at all!

The restriction of all to only angels is only supported by the use of angel as a reference to a type of being, or a species of beings, but angel does not mean this! It is a job description only! There are only created spirits, some working for GOD, some flung to Sheol in the earth for their sins as found in Rev 12:4-9 and all human sinners are spirits sown into this world by the Son of Man or the devil as per the EXPLANATION of Matt 13:36-39.
