Judaism is very messy.....

While that is true at times. At times it is not true.

God demands everyone, everywhere, in like manner, to repent to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Act 17:30 The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent,

I would also submit that there is never a longsuffering of error in the Scriptures concerning the preaching of Jesus Christ.

But the Jesus "of the bible" said to repent and "Live By" Every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God, like HE did. Paul teaches for men everywhere, Jew and Gentile, to "Yield ourselves" to God, "as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God". And again in another place, "But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

Isn't this the "preaching of Christ"?

I asked a Messianic Jewish Rabbi if he thought he was under both covenants.

He said that was impossible for any real follower of Jesus to believe.

However, I disagree. The Old Covenants are still valid and enforce. If you disagree with me tear the Old Covenant (Old Testament) out from your Bible. Ah I didn't think so, because the whole Bible is the Word of God and it is still valid.

That's not a valid logical argument, lol.

It would be like "tear out every verse addressed to Gentiles, because you are not a Gentile."

Fortunately, it is very valid. The Orthodox Jews ✡️ don't recognize the New Covenant and Christianity wishes the Old Covenant would go away and that it is not relevant.

Another logical fallacy. Something can have relevancy without immediate application.

The whole book of Hebrews was written to teach us the Old Covenant was to show our sinfulness and point to Christ.

Messianic Hebrews (Hebrews) wasn't written to you. It was written to Messianic ✡️ Jews.

This just made me laugh.

It shouldn't though, because it's just so depressingly narcissistic.

God have mercy.
I recently joined an evangelical church on my terms not theirs. No one will strip my Messianic Jewishness from me. There are somethings in the evangelical church I just hold my nose on, and other things I will support. Current Christianity has gotten so far away from the Messianic early church in the B'rit Hadashah. It might be laughable, but it is very sad and pathetic.
