He loves all so that all who believe on the Christ should be saved having eternal life

God has provided salvation to all; humanity’s response to this provision is their onus to bear. God is just to give us what we choose; he is gracious to give us opportunity to choose, and is merciful to those who accept his graciousness.

Since God’s Aseity means he needs nothing outside of himself, he has no need for any particular response to his grace, but desires and is willing to save all who believe.

He created all to have an interactive relationship with us, but relationships are built on mutual wills to be in relationship.

God gains nothing intrinsically nor does he lose anything by our choices. He accepts those who accept him and rejects those who reject him. His knowing the beginning from the end is irrelevant to his motivations for creating.

Could you elaborate a little??

I will be more than happy to do so, in the morning, my day is far spent to do justice to this all important truth. Most religious sects know nothing of the truth how the first church at Jerusalem and Paul's evangelism of the Gentiles from Acts 13-28 in order to wisely defend God’s sovereignty in salvation, and it's importance to rightly understand the gospel and our duties as believers. Most have it all backwards, sad, but true.

Until one is saved by the new birth, the Gospel is hidden to them 2 Cor 4:3-4
