Is open Theism biblical

Who is God pleased to save

1 Corinthians 1:21 (UASV) — 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not know God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe.

Stop doubting and believe
Nothing about belief being the basis of God's choice. No mention of election in the text. Also, belief is given by God.

Stop doubting the word of God

the context below

in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,

1- those who were the first to put their hope in Christ
2- when you heard the gospel of your salvation
3- When you believed
It says they were the first to put their hope in Christ.

They were included when they believed. Belief is something given by God.

Watch and learn. This how you answer a question dodger. Those who believe.

It is God who grants belief however.

By the giving of a new heart and a new disposition. See Ezekiel 36. Notice it says God will "cause" you to obey His statutes of which belief is one.
That is not giving faith

that is giving a new heart regeneration through the indwelling Spirit and that is given to only those who believe

John 7:38–39 (KJV 1900) — 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Grant does not mean transfer, instill or infuse

Faith is granted (enabled) not infused by the Word

Romans 10:17 (KJV 1900) — 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

but you are confused I am TOML and you are the dodger

yes to those who are already believers, its not taking about salvific faith in Phil 1:29. :)

LOL, so He gives belief to those who already believe? Here is your mail you already recieved.

Does He also give repentance to those who have already repented?

So silly

Good boy. No one said it did. Knocked another strawman down. Your good.

Nope. Grant is to give. I grant you permission is not enabling permission.

No one cares who you are.

hmmm so silly that the Holy Spirit in the believer, not unbeliever produces the fruit of the Spirit- one of which is faith. That's why believers are commanded to " walk in the Spirit " which produces the fruit of the Spirit in the believer. :)

Nope. Believing is not possible without the new heart which is caused by God. SOLA DEO GLORIA

My post referenced repentance and belief which you failed to address with irrelevant drivel.

Try again. Swing harder 😁
