Who is He the Mediator ? The Mediator is the same in both passages, so who is it ? Christ Jesus. So He is the Head of the Church, thats who receives the benefits of the New Covenant, and truth be told, its the same for 1 Tim 2:5-6 Christ there is the Mediator of the New Covenant and the people concerned are again the House of Israel but its Spiritual House of Israel. Jesus isn't up in Heaven changing Mediator positions, at one time for the House of Israel and then all the sudden for all humanity, no its consistent1 Timothy 2:5–6 (KJV 1900) — 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Again you read your theology into the position while ignoring the verse you quote
1 Timothy 2:5–6 (KJV 1900) — 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
How is it you quote verses which contradict your view and you cannot see it
So 1 Tim 2 the all He desires to be saved shall be saved according to the promises of the everlasting /New Covenant they will all come into the knowledge of the Truth, isnt that the Covenant Promise Heb 8:11
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
