God is Love

My love washes over you.

1 Corinthians 6:11
Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. NLT

You are washed clean dear child and you are whiter than the purest snow in My eyes. For your innocence has been completely restored through the once and for all sacrifice of My beloved Son, Jesus. This means you are free from condemnation dear one. And you are eternally liberated from guilt and shame.

Any voices that bring judgment and condemnation in your mind do not come from My heart, for I see you through the lens of perfect love, and that perfect love will drive out all fear of punishment. I have also forgiven all your trespasses and I choose to remember them no more.

For I love you even as I love My Son Jesus, because you are in Him and He is in you. Therefore there is now no separation between you and Me. So live today as My holy, pure, accepted and absolutely dearly loved child. For that is who you truly are.

My love abides in you.

Jesus replied, “All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them. NLT

You are the dwelling place of My love dear child, not because you have done anything to earn or deserve it, but simply for love's sake. For I have chosen to make My home in you through your eternal union with My beloved Son, Jesus.

That makes your earthly body a living temple, a sacred place that hosts My eternal presence through My indwelling Spirit. So don't spend your life in pursuit of a Kingdom that you perceive is somewhere else, far away. For My Kingdom is much closer than you could possibly imagine because it dwells within you.

If you would just still yourself right here and now, you will know this to be true. For My Spirit will bear witness with your spirit, and will testify that you are My beloved child and a co-heir with Jesus. Not somewhere in the future, but here and now. And as you surrender to My love that is within, you will hear the rhythm of My beating heart, beating in unison with yours.

My love is gracious.

Psalm 116:5-6
5 How kind the Lord is! How good he is! So merciful, this God of ours! 6 The Lord protects those of childlike faith; I was facing death, and he saved me.

No matter what happens in your life dear child, know that My grace will be sufficient for you. For it is an irrevocable gift that I have given you and it is an eternal token of My love for you. Even in your weakest moments, My gracious love will lift you up and sustain you.

For there is nothing in all creation than will ever separate you from My love in Christ... today, tomorrow or forever. Even death itself has lost its sting because of your conquering Saviour, Jesus Christ. So be encouraged My little one, knowing that My goodness and My mercy will cause you to triumph over anything you face in your life.

If you would simply receive My grace just like a little child receives a gift with great joy, your anxious heart will be set at rest, knowing you are safe and secure in My loving arms.

My love listens for your voice.

Psalm 116:1-2
1 I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. 2 Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!

There has never been another person like you on this earth dear one. And no one has ever resonated with the same sound that your voice carries when you call out to Me. For you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and one of My greatest masterpieces.

I love to hear your voice resonate with My joy and I am moved with compassion when you cry out to Me in pain. For I am always listening, always watching and always ready to be your ever present help in both the good days and the bad ones.

So call out to Me today little one. No matter how you are feeling. I am here for you, bending down, and always listening for the unique sound of your voice.

My love guides you.

2 Thessalonians 3:5
May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ. NLT

If you would just trust Me with all your heart dear child, and lean not on your own understanding, I will lead you into a deeper encounter of My love today. A love that accepts you and affirms you. A love that restores and uplifts you. A love that bears witness with your own spirit that you are My beloved heir.

If you could just believe that I am your true Father and I am pleased with your life, you could then trust the brand new heart I have given you. For it is through your beautiful new heart that My Spirit continually works in you, to will and to do according to My good pleasure.

So simply yield to the leading of My Spirit today dear one, as He directs you by the desires of your heart. And as you do, you will discover that when you follow your heart's desires, you come into agreement with My plan and purpose for your life.

My love proved your value.

Romans 8:31-32
31 So, what does all this mean? If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us? 32 For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give. TPT

You are worth more to Me than you could possibly imagine dear child and there is nothing that I would ever withhold from you in order to gain your love. My greatest treasure, My beloved Son, proved this when He laid down His life on a cross for you two thousand years ago.

His once and for all sacrifice, is and will always be, the eternal token of your immeasurable value to Me. So whenever you feel unloved, look to the cross. Whenever you struggle to believe you are who I say you are, look to the cross. Whenever someone tries to make you feel less valued than you really are, be reminded of the immeasurable price I gladly paid for your redemption.

For when you really know at a heart level how much I sacrificed so that you could call Me Father, all doubt of your value to Me will cease.

The "problem of evil" is very difficult to resolve with God's love.

A bit heterodox but ImCo:


GOD wanted to create a Church, a congregation of people in full loving, holy communion with HIM in heaven BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO BE THERE WITH HIM IN THAT REALITY! They must have truly wanted love, holiness and heaven as HE defines it.

How did HE find all the people in HIS creation who would like to live that way, after HE taught them all about it and all about the alternatives? HE asked them to make a true free will decision to accept HIM as their GOD and to accept HIS purpose for their creation, the heavenly marriage.

How did HE ensure they really wanted that and were not just pushed into it by HIS being all GODlike and all? Looking the same as anyone else, HE offered no proof at all that HE was divine and that HE could take us to heaven or help us learn to be pure, holy and loving but asked us to accept this on faith, ie the hope that it was all true because we liked what we heard so well and wanted it so much, we didn't need proof to accept it. Faith = hope, Heb 11:1, of the unseen, the unproven, hope in our eternal life in heaven with GOD in full loving, holy communion, ie fulfilling HIS reason for our creation.

By not proving HIMself overwhelmingly but hiding HIS glory, GOD allows us each to choose where to put our faith, by which we actually define our own reality, the world view we live in which also defines both God and our relationship with Him from our point of view. "This is what I believe" means "This is the way I hope the reality of the universe is." 2 Corinthians 5:7 We live by faith, not by sight (ie proof).

BUT if someone chose to accept HIM as their GOD and to accept HIS purpose for their creation without proof, HE promised them ELECTION to heaven, backed by the gospel promise that if they should ever later choose to become evil in HIS sight, HE would do whatever was necessary to bring them back to HIM, back to their original true free will decision, by the redemption process.

For those elect who did chose to become evil in HIS sight, HE gave PREDESTINED lives, perfectly designed to fulfill their salvation and to bring them to holiness.

Since this all happened pre-earth's creation, and since earth is where these people work out the redemptive purposes of their predestined lives, this is not the place where we try to find GOD but the place where we work out our already made decisions about HIM.

Of course this allowed some to reject HIM and so put themselves outside of HIS mercy, grace and love for eternity because their free will to repent and accept HIM was destroyed by four things:
1. A free will decision must be sacrosanct, unchangeable by GOD merely because HE does not like it or how can it be called free?
2. Their enslavement to sin by choosing evil.
3. When their choice to reject GOD as a false GOD was proven wrong (by HIS creation of the physical universe) it meant their "free " will was now coerced by the knowledge of HIS deity so they could never choose to accept HIM as GOD by free will, which was a necessity for salvation and
4. they could now never again choose HIM by faith because what is proven is no longer faith: Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith is hope.

Romans 8:24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? This faith / hope saves ONLY if it is not based upon proof (ie what is seen).

Thus they are condemned by their refusal to accept YHWH as their GOD, putting themselves outside of all HIS promises and self creating themselves as demons and devils eternally unable to fulfill HIS purpose in their creation, fit only to be discarded.

GOD's love is pure and everlasting.
Evil is a result of our free will which was an absolute necessity for GOD to achieve the purpose for our creation, the heavenly marriage.

Here are some prayers from scripture that you can pray today.

Ephesians 1:17-20 Prayer

I ask God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. 18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. 19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power 20 that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms.

Ephesians 3:16-19 Prayer

I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. 17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Colossians 1:9-14 Prayer

We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better. 11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, 12 always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. 13 For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, 14 who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.

My love lifts your head high.

Psalm 3:3
But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. NLT

When you are discouraged dear child, be comforted in knowing I am right beside you to encourage you every step of the way. When you are feeling afraid, be assured that My loving embrace will drive all fear away. And when your head drops down in shame, be strengthened knowing that My love will raise your gaze.

For I am your true Father and My shield of protection surrounds you with My glory. So if you are feeling downcast today little one, simply fix your focus upon Me. For in My loving eyes, you will find all the affection and acceptance you need.

Though difficulties will still arise because of the fallen world in which you live in, simply surrender to My faithful love for you this day. And watch as I lovingly and gently lift your head high, so you can see from the perspective of heaven.

My love is devoted to you.

Matthew 7:7-11
7 “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. 9 “You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? 10 Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! 11 So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him. NLT


My dear one, I want you to know today how devoted I am to you. I watch over you when you sleep, and I am with you every moment of the day when you are awake. I am so attentive to your needs that I know what you need before you even think to ask.

The thoughts I have for you flood My mind so much that they outnumber the grains of sand on the seashore. For I am your Father, your protector, your encourager and the lover of your soul. And I have carried you in My heart from before the foundation of the world and I am carrying you today.

So I want you to come to Me with boldness and confidence, knowing that you will receive what you ask for when you come in faith. For if earthly fathers know how to give good gifts to their children, how much more will I give good gifts to you when you ask?

My love will change your mind.

Romans 2:4
Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?

I invite you dear child into a greater transformation of the way you think about My love. For the love I have for you is not of this earth and cannot be understood by human reason. It is not based on human emotion but is eternal in nature because it has no beginning or end.

And it is in a deeper knowing of My everlasting love by My Spirit, that you will be able to comprehend the immeasurable wealth of My kindness towards you. And as My Spirit strengthens your inner being day by day, He will give you power to grasp how deep and how wide and how long and how high My love is in Christ.

So I invite you dear one, not to be conformed any longer by the systems of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. For when you realize that your new birth has given you access to the mind of Christ, you will begin to think just like your big brother Jesus does.

My love is mighty to save.

Zephaniah 3:17
For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

There is nothing that will oppose you this day that we can't handle together dear one. For I am with you every step of the way, living in your midst. And My great love is your defender, surrounding you like a shield to keep you safe and secure.

Though trials may come, I want you to know at the very core of your being that these hardships do not define you. For you are more than a conqueror through the love I have for you in Christ. If you would just dare to believe that today, you will know that nothing in all creation can ever separate you from My love. Even death itself has lost its sting because of your mighty Savior.

So take heart My beautiful child, knowing that you are always nestled in My embrace... today, tomorrow and forever.

James 4:8
Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life, you sinners, and keep your heart pure and stop doubting.

My relationship with you is like a beautiful dance dear child. As you respond to My outpouring of love and move closer to Me, I draw even closer to you. For My heart tenderly longs for your affection and I look for every opportunity to be near you.

So don't be afraid little one, to run into My outstretched arms day or night. Be assured that I am always here for you. I am always waiting for you and I am always ready to receive your loving embrace. For I am a Father who loves it when My kids come close.

So be reminded today, that as much as you love experiencing Me loving you, I love it so much more when you respond by loving Me back.

Jesus, the Anointed One, is always the same—yesterday, today, and forever. TPT

The temporal love that you experience in this broken world is often fickle and conditional dear child. It is based on a fallen humanity where people's own selfish desires and their fickle emotions can dictate whether a person is accepted or rejected.

Religion can also magnify these distorted perceptions of love by creating impossible systems and rules that need to be adhered to, in order to feel accepted. The end result of all these misrepresentations of love have created a shame based, fearful understanding of what love is.

But the truth that will set you free is knowing that My love is always the same - yesterday, today and forever. It is steadfast and fully committed for your good no matter how you behave on any given day. So take a deep breath today My little one, and rest in My unwavering affection for you. For My heart will never change towards you... ever.

My love is servant-hearted.

John 13:3-5
3 Jesus knew that the Father had given him authority over everything and that he had come from God and would return to God. 4 So he got up from the table, took off his robe, wrapped a towel around his waist, 5 and poured water into a basin. Then he began to wash the disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel he had around him. NLT

The deeper you dive into My love dear child, the more you will experience the beautiful humility of My servant heart. For there is nothing in Me that is self-centered or demanding. After all, the true nature of love is that it does not seek its own and is always other focused.

In the same way that Jesus bowed down low to wash His disciples' feet, so I stoop down low today to wash your feet as well. For as Jesus came not to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many, so My sacrificial heart desires to minister to you.

So let Me serve you today beloved, and let My love wash you with My gentleness and My kindness. For as you surrender to My servant heart, the beautiful humility of My love will overwhelm you. And in that moment you will understand why for love's sake, the greatest in My Kingdom is truly the servant of all.

My love resurrected you.

Ephesians 2:4-6
4 But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy. 5 Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, he united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace! 6 He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ! TPT

My love for you is so great dear one, that even when you were dead in your sin, I had compassion and mercy on you. And the power of My love demonstrated through the sacrifice of My beloved Son, caused you to rise from the grave so you could be eternally united with Him.

Even though your body is still on planet earth, the eternal reality of your inseparable union with Christ has raised you up to heavenly places. Where even now, you are nestled at My right hand, co-seated as one with Jesus.

Broken humanity might tell you otherwise but don't listen to them little one. Simply set your affections on things above, for that is where your true identity exists. For I want you to see yourself as all heaven sees you ... As My beloved heir and a co-heir with your big brother, Jesus Christ.

My love watches over you.

I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the Lord was watching over me.

If you could really know how valuable you are in My sight dear child, all fear in your life would flee. If you could see your life through the lens of My everlasting love, you would sleep soundly in the night, even through the greatest of storms.

For the reality is, I am watching over you day and night. I am with you wherever you go and I am always thinking of you. For you are the apple of My eye and one of My greatest treasures. When these truths become more real, you will experience a peace that passes your understanding and this peace will be a bulwark for your heart and your mind.

So ask My Spirit for a deeper revelation of My protecting, watchful love. For if you do, He will reveal your infinite worth to Me at a deeper level today than yesterday. And as you continue to grow in your trust in Me, you will find a sweet sleep as you rest under the shadow of My wings.

My love always believes the best.

1 Corinthians 13:7
Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up. TPT

When I look at you dear one, My heart is filled with great joy because I see you through the lens of a perfect love that has always existed. Even before I created the world, I carried you in My heart and even then, I had a dream of the amazing person you would become.

While you may see yourself through the limited lens of your own humanity, I have no such limitations. For I love you with an everlasting love that goes way beyond the conditional love you have experienced this side of heaven. And this infinite love is yours in Christ simply because you are My child.

So even when you fail, know that My love sees beyond your missteps and always believes the best for you. For at the end of the day beloved, it is not about your faith, but My unwavering faithfulness. So take a deep breath and set your heart at rest, for My love will never give up and it will never fail you.

My love will still your heart.

Psalm 46:10
Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth. TPT

There is much trouble in the world which you live in dear one, and there are many voices inviting you to enter into the fear they proclaim. But if you choose to focus on all of the uncertainties that surround you instead of keeping your eyes fixed on things above, you will open up your being to a greater level of worry and distress.

So today, I invite you to surrender all your anxiety to Me so I can flood your soul with a peace that will not make sense to your natural mind. For I want to still your heart, so that you would truly know at the deepest part of your being that I really am your God.

And as you are able to cast every care onto My big strong shoulders, a lightness will return to your heart knowing that all of the earth belongs to Me and everything in it. So don't be afraid My little lamb, for it is My great joy to give you My Kingdom today. A Kingdom that is unshakable and eternal, a Kingdom that is filled with My love and My peace.

My love is your resting place.

Hebrews 4:9-11
9 So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. 10 For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. 11 So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall.

There is a special rest waiting for you dear child that is found in knowing you are completely and absolutely loved. For in this place of experiencing My moment by moment acceptance, you no longer have to strive to prove anything to anyone. You can just be yourself and let Me love you as you are, not as you think you should be.

The reality of the good news of My Kingdom is that you are already holy and dearly loved because of what My beloved Son did on your behalf. And their is nothing you could ever do to make Me love you any more than I do right now. And there is nothing you could ever do to make Me love you any less than I do right now.

So stop trying to work for an acceptance that you already have. Just receive it with the beautiful faith of a little child, and walk in all the tangible benefits of being wholly and completely loved today. For if you do, you will find a deep rest for your soul in your unbreakable union with Jesus, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
