Do you know the real Jesus?

Duh the scriptures are above. You ignored them

reproduced here

The messenger of YHWH is himself called Yahweh

example

Exodus 23:20–21 (KJV 1900) — 20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

Isaiah 63:9 (KJV 1900) — 9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, And the angel of his presence saved them: In his love and in his pity he redeemed them; And he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.

Exodus 33:12–14 (LEB) — 12 And Moses said to Yahweh, “See, you are saying to me, ‘Take this people up.’ But you have not let me know whom you will send with me, and you yourself have said, ‘I know you by name, and you also have found favor in my eyes.’ 13 And now if I have found favor in your eyes, make known to me, please, your way, and so I may know you so that I can find favor in your eyes. And see that this nation is your people.” 14 And he said, “My presence will go, and I will give you rest.”

and the fact the New Testament states it was Christ who led the Israelites in the desert

1 Corinthians 10:1–4 (KJV 1900) — 1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; 2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat; 4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

There is no other God but YHWH

The Father is YHWH

Jesus is YHWH

The Holy Spirit is YHWH

Apart from YHWH there is no God

And according to Jesus no man has seen the father he made him known

He led the Israelites in the wilderness

Thats funny as

Matthew 2:1 (KJV 1900) — 1 Now when Jesus was born in Beth-lehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,

Matthew 16:21 (KJV 1900) — 21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

Matthew 23:37 (KJV 1900) — 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

In any case only the Watchtower imagines Jesus came back invisibly in 1914

Acts 1:9–11 (KJV 1900) — 9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
Herod was a pagan false God worshipping king. He was not Israels king appointed by God. He wanted Jesus dead= satans spawn.

To be a Christian= following Jesus example as best as possible. That means with ones whole heart, soul and mind. Thus then it is 100% fact, the teachers on earth who have Jesus teach what he taught= correct? = Yes. The true followers do the same.
Jesus Teaches:
1)Matt 6:33- Keep on seeking- FIRST- the kingdom and his( Father= Jehovah) righteousness and all these things will be added.( sustenance, covering, spirituality))))--false teachers teach ones to seek Jesus righteousness first
2)John 17:1-6,26--Jesus is 100% clear= the one who sent him= Father( Jehovah) is THE ONLY TRUE GOD and one must know him as that and know Jesus to get eternal life.--Verse 6=Jehovah, verse 26= Jehovah= The Father.
3) John 4:22-24-- YOU worship what you do not know--but the true followers will worship the Father( Jehovah) in spirit and truth)))--No mention of a trinity by Jesus. Why?=John 17:3--The Father is the only true God.

Just by those 3 teachings one can see clear if their teachers have Jesus or not. And when ones teachers do not match Jesus= Run from them.

John 14:6-- I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me. ---See one must go through Jesus and get to the Father( Jehovah)

Trinity religions do not match Jesus. Do you think he is with them?
Subject Heading:- 'Do you know the real Jesus?'

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God,
and His righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you.'

(Mat 6:33)

'These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said,
Father, the hour is come; glorify Thy Son, that Thy Son also may glorify Thee:
As Thou hast given Him power over all flesh,
that He would give eternal life to as many as Thou hast given Him.
And this is life eternal,
that they might know Thee the only true God,
and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent.
I have glorified Thee on the earth:
I have finished the work which Thou gavest Me to do.
And now, O Father, glorify Thou Me with Thine Own Self
with the glory which I had with Thee before the world was.
I have manifested Thy name
unto the men which Thou gavest Me out of the world:
Thine they were, and Thou gavest them Me;
and they have kept Thy word.'

(Joh 17:1-6)

'And I have declared unto them Thy Name, and will declare it:
that the love wherewith Thou hast loved Me may be in them, and I in them.'
(Joh 17:26)

'Ye worship ye know not what:
we know what we worship:
for salvation is of the Jews.
But the hour cometh, and now is,
when the true worshippers
shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:
for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.
God is
(a) Spirit: (not in the original text)
and they that worship Him
must worship Him in spirit and in truth.'

(Joh 4:22-24)

'Jesus saith unto him,
I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto The Father,
but by Me.'

(Joh 14:6)

Hello @Keiw 1,

Wonderful verses, thank you.

Is your opening statement what you believe a Christian to be? One who follows Jesus example only?
Do you believe that Jesus is the Christ ('the anointed one,' 'the Messiah') the Son of God?
Have you not understand Justification by faith?

In Christ Jesus

We know 100% Jesus sat on his throne-1914-the turning point for all mankind when satan was cast to the earth. There are many write ups about 1914 being the year it all changed.

Sorry you know no such thing

Jesus did not come back invisably in 1914 nor is he held up in the watchtower building

He sat on his throne in heaven-here at Rev 6:2=1914--We are past rev 13 for many years.
Sorry 1914 does not appear in the bible

It exists as the Watchtower's error which they then fudged to say he came back invisibly.

You are following a false prophet

Bible prophecy=When the last king sits on the throne= 607bce when Babylon destroyed Jerusalem--No king sat on the throne until Jesus( Rev 6:2) got the crown. The prophecy says 2520 days--But no king sat on the throne 2520 days after 607. Applying a year for a day bible rule=607 + 2520( years) = 1914--Rev 6:4 proves its accurate--peace will be taken from the earth= ww1. Millions upon millions died all over the earth after ww2= the other 3 riders of Rev 6.

Good OP. I agree with this, though I suspect there will be some who argument against it vehemently because it doesn't match what they believe. If they take it out on you, don't take it personally. You're just the messenger. Their real hatred is toward to the truth as the Bible says.

There are a surprising number of people who don't believe in following Jesus' example, but actually believe it's heresy, even down to avoiding sin. I have seen people say "that's legalistic works based salvation." It gets really bad when you start believing in the same things Jesus believed in or saying the same things as him. We don't want to trigger or offend anyone, of course, but the fastest way to be ostracized from those around you is probably just say and do what Jesus did.

Imagine that, there are Christians who basically attack anyone who has too much of a close association with Jesus. The wolves are real my friend. May God bless you.

Who said you could apply a day -a year

Jehovah's Witnesses use World War One as signifying the start of the Last Days and 1914 as a marked year1. They calculate the 2,520-year time period between 607 B.C. to 1914 A.D. by hijacking a simple prophecy of Daniel chapter 4 that refers specifically to the seven years (“seven times”) that King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was to become an outcast from his kingdom and misapplying this prophecy to Jerusalem23. The Seven Times calculation uses a 360 day lunar year applied to a 365 day solar year14. The number “1914″ is a number derived from subtracting 606/607 from the number 2,520. ................................................

TY, Runningman--- They didn't listen to the warning Jesus gave to all=John 15:20-21--that on account of his name( thinking they stand for it) will do things against the true followers-WHY? Because they do not know the one who sent him=Father=THE ONLY TRUE GOD Jesus taught-John 17:3
I am a mere seed planter.

We shall see. These are the last days of these last days.
Rev 6:4--peace will be taken from the earth= not a single war but a world war.

Sorry they took a prophesy about King Nebuchadnezzar

and turned a prophesy about him and 2520 days into a prophesy about Christ and 2520 years

seriously it is a joke

yes another bizarre interpretation.

No king sat on the throne 2520 days after, not until 2520 years after it occurred.
What throne

The prophecy is about Nebuchadnezzar and 7 times (7 years = 2520 days)

Daniel 4:16
16 Let his heart be changed from man’s, and let a beast’s heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him.

Daniel 4:23
23 And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him;

Daniel 4:25
25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, ztill thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

Daniel 4:32
32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
