Paul's epistle is written to Titus, so, he was born again, well before Paul started dictating this Letter .

Once God forgives your sin, then He gives you the new birth.
For God to forgive your sin, you have to give God your faith in Christ.
YOU give it....
Calvinism teaches that YOU dont have and can't have any faith, as you are too depraved to understand that you need Jesus.
However, Paul says that the Law is given to show us our sinfulness, so that we SEE OURSELVES, and then Go to Jesus to be forgiven.
Galatians 3:24-27
Calvinism is of the Devil.
"limited atonement" is of the Devil.

Jesus is Eternal Life.
When we are born again "IN CHRIST" then we become partakers of ALL that Jesus is....
How to be born again?
"Faith comes by Hearing< and "Faith is counted by God".
God does not cause faith.. .He ACCEPTS it, once you BELIEVE.

Notice your verse.
It says..
"that HE MIGHT... redeem"..
Why doesn't it say... "calvin said He will make you believe and become zealous"?
Its because Calvin is a LIAR, and the reason the verse says "MIGHT redeem".. is that its an OFFER of Salvation... an OFFER of Redemption and forgiveness....
"MIGHT" BELIEVE, (and you might NOT)... (Willfully sin)..(unpardonable sin).. VS, "too depraved to believe so God will CHOOSE you to believe" = what Calvin's deceived all teach.
