Defending Universal Reconciliation

Immutability has nothing to do with God changing His mind about anything. It is a condition relative to character.

God changes His mind about sinners. He forgives them.

You have no idea what you're talking about and it shows.
No God doesnt change His Mind hate them He Loves, or Loves them He hates. To say God is mutable is Blasphemy !

You throw around "Blasphemy" as if anyone cares what you think about them. That is nothing but bluster and nonsense.

Just how do you reconcile the Calvinist teaching that they are sinners? Have you never been a sinner before?

An elect sinner as if there was such a thing in scripture. Another made up doctrine.

Not here to talk about me. I know you speak blasphemy saying God is mutable, when He is Immutable.

You are making Him mutable since God loves all the world for which Jesus died. John 3:16, 1 John 2:2

Nowhere in Scripture does it say Christ ONLY died for the elect:

He died for ALL (1 Tim. 2:6).
He died for ALL MEN (Rom. 5:18; 1 Tim. 4:10).
He died for US ALL, for ALL OF US (Isa. 53:6).
He died for the UNGODLY (Rom. 5:6).
He died for CHRIST-DENIERS (2 Peter 2:1).
He died for SINNERS (Rom. 5:8).
He died for EVERY MAN (Heb. 2:9).
He died for MANY (Matthew 20:28).
He died for the WORLD (John 6:33,51; John 1:29 and John 3:16).
He died for the WHOLE WORLD (1 John 2:2).
He died for the WHOLE NATION of Israel (John 11:50-51).
He died for the CHURCH (Eph. 5:25).
He died for His SHEEP (John 10:11).
He died for ME (Gal. 2:20).

hope this helps !!!

Notice the Bible says all, everyone not some , few, elect

John 1:29
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Hebrews 2:9
But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

Titus 2:11
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,

Titus 3:4
But when the kindness and the love of mankind of God our Savior appeared

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

1 Timothy 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord does not delay his promise, as some regard “delay,” but he is patient with you, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

1 John 2:2
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

2 Corinthians 5:14
For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.

Not here to talk about me. I know you speak blasphemy saying God is mutable, when He is Immutable.

Who are you trying to convince that you're not here to talk about YOU......

YOU... are preaching a doctrine that you claim "benefits" YOU.... while ignoring the fact that you're just like every other human being. Sinners.

I asked you about being a sinner. Why do you claim you're a sinner, yet insist that God doesn't change His mind?

This is all about YOU.

John 6 is their go-to passage to try to limit the atonement.

All those verses refer to the elect

God hates some sinners Ps 5:5 and then He loves some sinners Rom 5:8

Psa 5:5 The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers.

Please provide elaborate detail of how "you hate all evildoers" equals what you claim.

"Rose colored glasses"?
In their systematic god loves some iniquity/sin and hates other sin/iniquity.

Either that or not all are sinners. And down goes T.D. lol

Ps 5:5- The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

It would be nice if they just plainly state what they really believe. Something like....

"Favor isn't fair".......

That would at least be an accurate assessment. We could then have a discussion concerning "God's character".....

Then you have to deal with all that wrath.... :)

Vicious circle....
