Defending Universal Reconciliation

It’s a great version for them where every verse is edited , added to or taken away from so that you can clearly now see determinism in every verse of the Bible :)

Now everyone is able to read , understand and see the Bible in the exact same way as they do- from Whamo ! šŸ˜‚

Did God hate these sinners Rom 5:8

8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Yes.

If God never hated you for your sin, it wasn't necessary to punish Christ anymore, was it.

God loves and hates simultaneously ALL sinners

Yes, He hates those sinners He Loves. He hates and loves the same sinners at the same time ? I see you lack understanding edited

He died for those sinners who believe and also for all the world that doesn't believe. John 3:16, 1 John 2:2

Scripture, God, Jesus and the Apostles refute you below. That is 9 witnesses against you when only 2 are needed to prove you wrong in Gods courtroom. On the fact of 2 or 3 witnesses let it be confirmed.

John 1:29
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ā€œLook, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Hebrews 2:9
But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

Titus 2:11
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,

Titus 3:4
But when the kindness and the love of mankind of God our Savior appeared

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

1 Timothy 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord does not delay his promise, as some regard ā€œdelay,ā€ but he is patient with you, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

1 John 2:2
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

2 Corinthians 5:14
For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.

Where does the bible say " HATE " in Romans 5:8 ??????????

adding to scripture again I see, that is a no no

You should heed Gods warning below:

God says those who add to it He will add all the plagues/judgements/wrath onto them.

hope this helps !!!

First of all there is a context to the verse which is Davids prayer to God against his enemies who are trying to kill him. Secondly this is a specific type of sinner, not all sinners in general/universally. This is the same type of person Paul describes in Romans 1- those whom God turns over to their reprobate mind.

are the foolish, and more especially foolish boasters; the primary notion of the verb is not that of being hollow, but that of sounding, then of loud boisterous, non-sensical behaviour. Of such it is said, that they are not able to maintain their position when they become manifest before the eye of God (לנגד as in Psalm 101:7 manifest before any one, from נגד to come forward, be visible far off, be distinctly visible). פעלי און are those who work (οἱ ἐργαζόμενοι Matthew 7:23) iniquity; און breath (ἄνεμος) is sometimes trouble, in connection with which one pants, sometimes wickedness, in which there is not even a trace of any thing noble, true, or pure. Such men Jahve hates; for if He did not hate evil (Psalm 11:5), His love would not be a holy love. In דּברי כזב, דּברי is the usual form in combination when the plur. is used, instead of מדבּ×Ø×™. It is the same in Psalm 58:4. The style of expression is also Davidic in other respects, viz., אישׁ דּמים וּמ×Øמה as in Psalm 55:24, and אבּד as in Psalm 9:6, cf. Psalm 21:11. תּעב (in Amos, Amos 6:8 תּאב) appears to be a secondary formation from עוּב, like תּאב to desire, from אבה, and therefore to be of a cognate root with the Aram. עיּב to despise, treat with indignity, and the Arabic ‛aib a stain (cf. on Lamentations 2:1). The fact that, as Hengstenberg has observed, wickedness and the wicked are described in a sevenfold manner is perhaps merely accidental.keil delitzsch

This is the problem with most calvinists and hypers- ripping a verse from its context to form a doctrine.

A text without the context is a pretext for a proof-text. Its proof texting which is eisegesis.

hope this helps !!!

David under the law wanted justice for his enemies.

Jesus’ teaching who was/is God was to ā€œlove your enemies and pray for those who persecute youā€ (Matthew 5:44).

Context is KING- and Jesus is the King of kings. I'll go with Jesus words not Davids prayer.

Shall I obey man and his desires of God and His desires ?

hope this helps !!!

Typical. You want to jump into the middle of conversation that Paul is having in his letter to those in Rome and pervert what he is saying.

Would you like to go line by line through the Book of Romans?

We can start with how Paul referenced our ancestors. Our ancestors abandoned God. When they knew Him as God...... they ultimately rejected Him. God gave them over to their vile affections. They "went out of the way". God destroyed them.

Remember what Jesus said?

Mat 23:30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
Mat 23:31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
Mat 23:32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

That is your history. Our history.

Yet, God committed His love toward us in His death. God still reaches out to sinners. There is no special group of sinners.

Amen and the Psalm 5 verse has a context with David and his enemies who were trying to kill him like many of his Psalms/prayers for deliverance.

Davids prayer is actually self condemning if you think about what he did to Bathsheba's husband. He was just as wicked and guilty as those he is praying for Gods justice to be served. Some people just don't think things through and grab onto a verse to fit their pet doctrines which are nothing but proof texts.

No that was Davids prayer

Here is what God said- ā€œlove your enemies and pray for those who persecute youā€ (Matthew 5:44).

Why would God say to love your enemies and pray for them ?

Here let me help you with the biblical answer- BECAUSE GOD LOVES THEM.

hope this helps !!!
