Say what? You clearly preach that anyone can NOT get saved anytime they desire to. That is a false gospel.

I already answered your question. You never did answer my question from post #27 and you don't seem interested in a meaningful discussion.Did you pray? I asked a clear question. You have yet to clearly answer.
It is rather obviously you believe God saved you before you did anything yourself.
Is our conversation over? You did not answer my question. I will ask you one more time.
What exactly did you believe about Jesus for many years? What was the content of your belief?
I already answered your question. You never did answer my question from post #27 and you don't seem interested in a meaningful discussion.
That is not a complete answer. Of course, Jesus saves sinners but WHO is Jesus (Matthew 16:16; John 1:1-14; 8:24; 20:28-31) and HOW does Jesus save sinners? (John 1:12; Romans 1:16; 3:24-28; 4:5-6; Acts 10:43; 16:31; 1 Corinthians 1:21; 1 John 5:13 etc..).I believed that Christ saves sinners.
I did not dance around anything. When I got saved, I was praising Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior with hands raised and thanking Him for saving me. That is confessing Jesus Christ as Lord. The word of faith was in my mouth and in my heart TOGETHER. (Romans 10:8) I confessed Jesus Christ as Lord to my wife, son and the rest of my family afterwards and within a short period of time, my wife and son along with my brother and sister-in-law received Jesus Christ through faith. I confessed Jesus Christ as Lord when I received water baptism on Sunday morning after my conversion. I continue to confess Jesus Christ as Lord to this very day. (1 Corinthians 12:3)No you didn't. You "danced" around it. I confessed Jesus Christ as Lord. Did you? At what point did you get saved?

You already admitted in post #18 that you "believed in Jesus Christ for many years without any sense of confession." What kind of belief is that?

It's like you did not even hear a word that I said.It is? Did God regenerate you against your will?
Many people serve an idol fashioned similar to Jesus Christ. Do you remember when Jesus declared Himself the "I AM"
Exo 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
You're witnessnessing that had "your hands raised... "thanking him". Which is very similar the "Pharisee".
Not like the publican......
Luk 18:13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
Luk 18:14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
I've seen Pastor's wives get saved that claimed they were saved for 30 years. There are many claims made about salvation. I suspect you're one of those Calvinists that believe you were "chosen"......
Did you confess to God before you got saved? Or were you already saved because God had "chosen" you. Pharisees love Pharisees. When you push a Pharisee, they admit they only love their own. Pharisees shut up the kingdom of heaven against men. They don't go in themselves and they will not suffer others to enter therein. These are simple questions and you're still "dancing around them".
A belief you do not share not understand because you have accepted the false gospel that God has "chosen" YOU before the foundation of the world.
I don't believe a false gospel. There is only ONE Gospel. Only ONE. I believe you "believe" and "teach" a false gospel. I'm prove it. Stay on this journey with me. We'll get to the "bottom" of this. Calvinist treat Christ as nothing more than a means to an end. Just like those in John 6.
Joh 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
It is ESSENTIAL that a person approach God with the right attitude and view of Christ. Salvation doesn't take place until that process begins.
2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The "Christ" that most people know is nothing more than a figment of their or another's imaginations.
Those that seek Jesus Christ, find Him. I bet you didn't seek Him.... right? Do you believe Jesus or do you believe others?
Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
You don't anything without asking!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not a Calvinist but you seem determined to label me as one anyway.I explained in post #67
BTW. I'm not going to lookup those verses and post them for you. Post your translation of choice and do some work. Don't be lazy. Seek.
Most every Calvinist I've ever meet is lazy. They expect God to come to them......In fact, that insist.
thanks for clarifying you are not.I'm not a Calvinist but you seem determined to label me as one anyway.
It's like you did not even hear a word that I said.
thanks for clarifying you are not.

Say what?
At the most I would agree with 2 points. That does not make me a Calvinist. I believe in the Trinity and so do Roman Catholics, but that does not make me a Roman Catholic. I also believe in the virgin birth of Jesus and so do Muslims, but that does not make me a Muslim. Your obsession with labeling people Calvinists and then attacking them is getting ridiculous. Make you out to be a liar? I'm not interested in playing your silly games. You certainly are a Calvinist. Tell me one area you differ from Calvinism. Just one. You might be a 3 or 4 point Calvinist but there really is no logical difference. Go ahead and prove me wrong. I'll apologize if I am.
You have a perfect opportunity here to make me out to be a liar. Go for it.
A person can get saved anytime they are ready to repent and believe the gospel. (Acts 20:21) Now although it is our responsibility to choose to believe in Christ unto salvation and we will be held accountable for unbelief, (John 3:18) saving belief in Christ is never exclusively a matter of human decision. Unless the Father draws us (John 6:44) and enables us (John 6:65), we would NEVER come to believe in Christ unto salvation all by ourselves. The approach of the soul to Christ is initiated by the Father, but He doesn't force us to choose to believe in Christ, we must choose to believe in Him, so as you can see, I don't believe in unconditional election, as taught by Calvinists. Yet the impulse to saving belief in Christ still comes from the Father. Then say it. Say that a person can get saved anytime they want to get saved. Just say it.
Or does God have to "draw" them first.
Don't try to keep both feet in different places. A little leaven......
There is no difference between a 2 point Calvinist and a 5 point Calvinist. I stated writing a thread today proving this point. I'm glad I waited to post it. There is no meaningful distinction between what you just described and Unconditional election. You just simply stated what unconditional election is and then claimed you don't believe it. I'll believe what your words equal. Your self assessment doesn't matter.A person can get saved anytime they are ready to repent and believe the gospel. I could not disagree with you more. There is actually a big difference. There is no difference between a 2 point Calvinist and a 5 point Calvinist.
Proving this point to who? Yourself? You have proven absolutely nothing to me so far and I really don't expect that to change.I stated writing a thread today proving this point.
Your obsession with Calvinism has reached the point of absurdity. No thanks.I'm glad I waited to post it. Come along with me on the journey...
I really don't care what you think and I'm tired of your false accusations.I don't care what you consider silly or not. It is not a game to me. You're deflecting.
