Don't trust anything Fred says.

Acts 2:21 and Acts 2:22 are explicit about Jesus not being YHWH.

Peterlag says the "Lord" in Acts 2:21 refers to Jesus.

It's always nice to see when unitarians clunk their heads together in trying to figure out who their creator and creature-jesus are.

Thanks, because this demonstrates Jesus is "the Lord our God".

Joel 2:32
And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Acts 2:21, 39
21 And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.
39 For the promise is unto you and to your children and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God shall call.
It does not demonstrate that Jesus is God just because Joel foretold Jesus would be the Lord Christ. Reading should have been taught to you in second grade.

You're creating a story that only you can see apparently.

I really wish you would open your eyes. Did you read his entire post? He is not agreeing with anything you say.

Peter took what was written in Joel 2:32 and added (under inspiration) "the Lord our God" in Acts 2:39.

Yes... and that's still future.

Since the "Lord" refers to Jesus in Joel 2:31 (cf. Acts 2:20), then this means the "Lord" also refers to Jesus in other passages throughout Joel as well.

Joel 2:31
the great and awesome day of the Lord
Joel 2:11
the great and awesome day of the Lord

Joel 1:15 -> "day of the Lord"
Joel 2:1 -> "day of the Lord"
Joel 2:11 -> "day of the Lord"
Joel 2:31 -> "day of the Lord"
Joel 3:13 -> "day of the Lord"

I think they get confused by the word Lord getting thrown around a lot. Simple study should clear it up, but they insist on conflating God with Jesus.
