The Nation that received it is the Church, the Body of Christ, Abrahams Spiritual Seed. Just as Abrahams physical seed was a Nation, so is Abrahams Spiritual Seed via Christ is a Nation Gal 3:29Which nation received it then? It is still Israel! Plus any Gentile that is grafted into it. Read Romans 11
are you admitting you do not know scripture?
what baptism verses in romans could I possibly be talking about![]()
let me know when you have studied enough that you can easily and readily know the two mentions of baptism is Romans 6.Let me know when you have a scripture to present.
Almost there. Keep coming. For it pleased GOD by the preaching to save those who Beleive .
Even all the good prayers and alms Cornelious did , STILL he had to hear the gospel and believe
TO be saved .
That is HOW GOD chose to save this world . HE sent the SON so that all who do Beleive Would not PERISH
but have everlasting life . To the LORD be all the glory with all praises and thanksgivings .
Okay, I can agree with that, but which earthly nation received the truth first? The Nation that received it is the Church, the Body of Christ, Abrahams Spiritual Seed. Just as Abrahams physical seed was a Nation, so is Abrahams Spiritual Seed via Christ is a Nation Gal 3:29
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Peter calls the Church, Body of Christ a Nation here 1 Pet 2:9
9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
@TothalordbeallgloryOH indeed it is my friend . It is just that not all of israel IS OF ISRAEL .
The KINGDOM of GOD . The israel of GOD , the Jerusalem of GOD
wherein the temple is GOD and the lamb .
Wherein those who BELIEVE GOD , HIS TESTIMONY that HE gave of the SON
are of this KINGDOM that is ABOVE and by the SPIRIT is within the true sheep .
It consists ONLY of the believing jew and believing gentile .
Pretty simple indeed my friend . But many still cling to the earthen
which STILL IS in bondage . But JERSUALEM which is above IS FREE , MOTHER TO ALL those who beleive IN CHRIST JESUS .
@TothalordbeallgloryFor it pleased GOD by the preaching to save those who Beleive .

Hello dear friend. Tell me what is the result of being baptized into his death. How do we know we have been?and the other being baptized into his death.
the result is his death is applied to us and our sins are forgiven.Hello dear friend. Tell me what is the result of being baptized into his death. How do we know we have been?
Paul is clear when he tells Titus in 3:5: "He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy ... "
Yet Paul had previously told Titus in 2:14 that "Christ Jesus ...gave Himself for us ... to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds."
So we're not saved by good deeds, but we are saved to be "zealous for good deeds".
One really has to work hard (no pun intended) to misunderstand this.
love itOne really has to work hard (no pun intended) to misunderstand this.
the Jewish people were the first to receive the Gospel = Gospel , Acts and Romans 1:16Okay, I can agree with that, but which earthly nation received the truth first?
Ya might want to seriously reconsider parts of this my near and my dear friend .God has NOT left national Israel. And just as the apostles were to go to the nation of Israel first with the gospel, Romans 11 shows us that when the last Gentile that will be saved has received and believed the gospel, then as 2 Thess. 2:8-12 says, the rest of the Gentiles will receive from God a strong delusion to believe and follow after the Antichrist. Then all national Israel will be saved. The antichrist has not yet been revealed, but when he does make himself known, we know that there will be only 7 years before our Savior comes again. Revelation 12 and 13.

many will not like this next answer because it will prove that many have not been baptised into Christ .Hello dear friend. Tell me what is the result of being baptized into his death. How do we know we have been?
let me know when you have studied enough that you can easily and readily know the two mentions of baptism is Romans 6.
one being baptized into Christ
and the other being baptized into his death.
Its always been the Church, that received the Truth. The Saints Deut 33:3Okay, I can agree with that, but which earthly nation received the truth first?
I know what you mean. When I was first baptized with His Spirit I felt a dark heaviness leave my body. It was the sin from my nature. I am now clean, John 15:3.the result is his death is applied to us and our sins are forgiven.
in other words. just as he died. we died with him.. we were united together (baptized) into his death
I think people know. His spirit testifies with our spirit that we are his.
I knew I was not the same immediately. But for years after. I still experience it. I have no doubt.
As a side note, the prayer of John 17 1-19 is for the apostles. They are the only ones the Father has "given" the Son.Its always been the Church, that received the Truth. The Saints Deut 33:3
Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
The disciples were the Saints Jn 17 8-9
8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
