What is Oneness Theology ?

See #57, did not the Ordinal First/Father Descend on him at his Baptism? My God How hard is it.

24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

Was the word that they were hearing, Jesus' word?

Please explain?

Relying on a verse written in 21st century America rather than Middle English

9 Jesus replied, “Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and yet you still don’t know who I am? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! So why are you asking me to show him to you? 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me.

Trinitarians eisegesis is to take words that say something less than 'Jesus is God' to mean what they want. Take illusions, forms images as what they represent. There is a picture on the wall of my cousin ... anyone who has seen the pic on the wall has seen my cousin. In Trinity world, the picture on the wall is my cousin.

"Work through me" is an explicit statement of agency. Jesus is God's agent. There is only one God, the Father. Scripture says this in every Epistle! The one God works through his agent, his prophet, his anointed. And Jesus is not the first; such agency is throughout the Bible. And in turn, Jesus works though us. It's beautiful, the divine plan.

Good observation about cherry picking Truther. It's all they got besides eisegesis.

Not only do they ignore verses that destroy the trinity, they ignore other valid interpretations of the monotheist text. For instance, when Jesus says the Father is in him, the pretend the world "in" is not part of the sentence. The sentence reveals Jesus relationship with the father is analogous to a container to its contents.

The same with us! We need to empty ourselves of ourselves, die daily to self so that the Holy Spirit can reside in us.
thanks for the reply, but id someone see a picture, that not the person, but simply an IMAGE of the person. now if one see the Person, they are not seeing an IMAGE, or PICTURE, they are seeing the actual Person, the Source of the Image. when the Lord Jesis said, "Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; John 10:30 "I and my Father are one."

this is just too easy.....

OH MY GOD, DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ABOUT Isaiah 63:5? .... guess not. for the last time go to your room and study. pull up all of 101G's past post and learn.

Is this what you read?...

Although you English is not clear, the Bible uses image and synonyms regarding Jesus to God in many places.

You’re denying it for reasons that falsely advance your doctrine.

Personal Opinion? if what 101G say do not line up with God word, then point it out by scripture. because 101G is not moved by Personal Opinion.

@Wrangler, and All

Let 101G make it plain for you. listen, Isaiah 63:5 "And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me."

question, "WHO IS THE SAVIOUR?" ..... just think for a second.... the Saviour is "me" in the verse.... God,

To all Oneness, and also trinitarians.
GINOLJC,

God in Flesh, the "ARM of GOD".
to understand this concept, the POWER OF GOD IN FLESH, HIS OWN ARM, the bible gives us a clear example of this in 2 Chronicles 32 When the king of Assyria, Sennacherib, invaded Judah. with him was his ARMY, which was describe as an "ARM of FLESH", arm here meaning the king "POWER", his army. listen. king Hezekiah of Judah said this after speaking with the LORD God. 2 Chronicles 32:7 "Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him:" 2 Chronicles 32:8 "With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah."

this "ARM of Flesh" was Sennacherib army, his "POWER". well Christ is the POWER of God in Flesh, as God "ARM of FLESH". 1 Corinthians 1:24 "But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God." so Christ, God himself, the EQUAL SHARE of himself in Human Flesh is God's Army of "ONE"

Christ is God himself in flesh, again, Isaiah 63:5 "And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me."
HIS OWN ARM IS HIM.... IN FLESH. the POWER of God, or the ARM of Flesh on earth.

you cannot miss this. king Sennacherib army was his "POWER" in the form of Fighting men. well Christ is the POWER of God in the form of human flesh. God himself an ARMY of "ONE".

Note, knowing this ...... it answers the question, "Why did the Lord Jesus, the Christ, say he do nothing of himself". this is just too easy not to understand.

No. Jesus died. God cannot die.
your First ERROR of the DAY. well if Jesus is God in Flesh, What died? let our brother James answer this for us. James 2:26 "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."
now READ THAT VERSE CAREFULLY, what died? spirit or flesh...... (smile). for the flesh only IDENTIFIES the spirit that's in it so when 101G dies, it's 101G body that dies in, in, in, in, this natural World. but 101G the spirit contuine in God, the Lord Jesus until he give us new BODIES.

this is basic BIBLE study.... you should know this. there are two deaths. one, or the First death, is of the flesh/Body, which is NATURAL DEATH, or an EARTHLY DEATH, which one can come back from. did you not know this? My God.

God took on the fleshly NATURE and died, or the separation from it which is, (the First death, which is of the Body, and that LIFE was the BLOOD of, of, of, the Flesh, see Lev 17:11). which Hebrews clearly states, Hebrews 9:28 "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."

HOLD IT.... "Without sin?" what meanest this? "without sin". because sin was condemned in the flesh, (THE FIRST DEATH), this is why he has a NEW BODY as we will also. we will have to die, (unless he returns before one dies), The First Death, NATURAL DEATH), from these OLD BODIES, in order to Partake in the NEW BODIES to Come from heaven. THIS IS BASIC BIBLE STUDY, YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS.

so yes, God died from NATURAL that he took on. the Spirit did not die, only the LIFE OF THE FLESH was no more... "BLOOD" was in that Body. My God this is too easy not to KNOW and UNDERSTAND.

THIS IS WHY THE SCRIPTURES SAY, "CHRIST CONTUINES".

Oh my God, when will they EVER learn?

PICJAG, 101G.

@Wrangler
you had no clue .... did U? listen, Acts 20:28 "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood."

WHEN DID THE HOLY GHOST HAVE BLOOD? ANSWER WHEN THE LORD JESUS TOOK ON A BODY OF FLESH/ BECAUSE THE LIFE, THE LIFE, THE LIFE OF THE FLESH IS IN THE BLOOD.

when will they ever learn.
