waking up at 3 am.... and getting back to sleep....

it;s 3 am in hawaii at this very moment... it happens quite often that i wake up
suddenly and for no apparent reason at 3 am..... usually playing something like
this through my headphones puts me back to sleep.... i can also project the
images from the video onto my wall if it;s a good one.. got it running now....

i can;t rmember ... are you guys 2 hours away or 3 this time of year?..... we are officially in the western aluetian island time zone but there is correction on the zone charts..... in real solar time we would be an hour further away and closer to the international date line time....
