Target, Action, and Means of Salvation

A fatal flaw in varying views of Election can be found the failure to identify the "target, action and means" of Salvation.

The Calvinist would have you believe that THEY are God's choice in Election. (Target)

That Christ exclusively died for them alone (Action)

Calvinist is the "Means" of God's satisfaction in Atonement (Satisfaction)

Arminians are very similar but distinctly different in (Action).

However, neither of these positions accurate deal with "Conformity)

If you include "Conformity" then this is a clear indication of a freewill.

Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son,

I'd like to ask that each of you share how you view the target, actions and means of salvation relative to conformity.

I've met Calvinists who say sanctification is by free will just not justification.

Don't ask me how that makes sense.

They rarely seem to make an effort to stay logically consistent.
