The problem is you interpret "Gentiles" in the NT as non-Hebrew when they are in reality mixed-race Jews. Then God, Himself.... lied.
And so did "your boy" Saul.... The very one you swoon over everytime you say his name....
Romans 11:11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous.

Romans 11:12 Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
In the New Testament, the apostles, particularly Paul, emphasized that salvation is available to both Jews and Gentiles. Paul wrote that through faith in Jesus, both groups can be justified. He stated, "There is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him" (Romans 10:12).
In Acts 10, Peter received a vision from God that led him to understand that Gentiles could receive the gospel. This was a significant moment in affirming that God's grace extends to all.
Paul was specifically called to preach to the Gentiles, highlighting God's intention to include them in His plan of salvation.
And you wonder why I would want to ignore you? Just think about that and the heavenly Father may give you a revelation as to why.
They are not Hellenized; they are mixed-race Jews who grew up AS GENTILES in the 700 years Jews were exiled by God and scattered among Gentiles to live among Gentiles. There was no Temple and so these Jews lost their heritage and grew up as Gentiles totally ignorant of their Hebrew heritage. These were the "Gentiles" God sent Saul to witness to.
The mixed-race Jews of the northern kingdom tribes (along with Manasseh and Ephraim) are identified in the New Testament. Do you know what they were called?
Think.
