Eph 2:11–22Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, the so-called uncircumcision by the so-called circumcision in the flesh, made by hands, that you were at that time apart from Christ, alienated from the citizenship of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, not having hope, and without God in the world. Rom 9:24–26us whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles? As he also says in Hosea, “I will call those who were not my people, ‘My people,’ and those who were not loved, ‘Loved.’ And it will be in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’ ”

Isa 49:6And he says, “It is trivial for you to be a servant for me, to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel. I will give you as a light to the nations, to be my salvation to the end of the earth.”

Yes, He is. But there were no non-Hebrew Gentiles being represented at His table at His last Passover in the upper room. There were thirteen Jews representing twelve tribes of Israel with Christ as the Tabernacle or body.
The Everlasting Covenant is not based on being a jew or Hebrew, it's not a race related Covenant, it's unilateral within the Godhead Trinity B4 time
 
Not the Gentiles of Gal 3:13-14 ; Gal 3:8

There's a problem with your position above.

"Heathen" in the passage above does not mean Gentiles. The word is "ethnos" in Greek and it doesn't always mean Gentile. The Hebrew people were an "ethnos", a tribe, or ethnic people, too. But look at the problem you have to try to interpret "heathen" as Gentiles.

1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
Galatians 3:1–9.

In the passage above Saul is addressing Jews. Since only Jews were under the Law Saul is addressing Jews in this letter in chapter three.
Then there is the "suffering" he is referring to. This, too, are Jews. They (Jewish Christians) were being persecuted by their Jewish brethren because of their teaching Jesus was Israel's Messiah, Lord, and King, but there was a problem. The Jews couldn't accept this Jesus who "hung on a tree" (cross), which under the Law anyone who was hung on a tree was cursed by God. They couldn't reconcile the fact that Jesus is that serpent on Moses' pole and was cursed by God meaning Jesus died a death as a transgressor of the Law of Moses and as a common thief. To them, how could their Lord and King and Kinsman-Redeemer be savior of the Jewish people if He is cursed by God? And in verse five Jesus asked "You who are under the Law, did you receive the Spirit through the Law of Moses or by faith?" But here's the thing:

The Law of Moses is type and shadow of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit was also prophesied by Joel as a Promise of God to Israel; to give them His Spirit which God would put in their inward parts, that the Spirit IS the Law of Moses Personified for both the Law is spiritual just as the Spirit is spiritual. In verse six Saul brings up Father Abraham to these Jews. Only Jews would know about Father Abraham. Verse seven Saul again brings up Father Abraham. Saul is "speaking" to Jews. In verse eight the "heathen" refers to "ethnos" or Jew-Gentile offspring who grew up in Gentile lands heavily influenced by Greek culture, these who did not return with Nehemiah and Ezra when Cyrus gave them permission to return from their captivity back to Israel. Saul ends his address on this subject to Jews that which he said in chapter 3:28-29, that these Jews who became born again were STILL Jews who were also descendants of Abraham.

Jews called mixed heritage Jews Samaritan and not Jew, the same that Jews call mixed heritage Jews "Gentile" and not Jew because they didn't see these mixed heritage Jews as fully Jewish.

The bottom line is that God made no covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles. Therefore, these "Gentiles" of the New Testament cannot be non-Hebrew for God made no covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles for their salvation. Or, if these are non-Hebrew in the New Testament and they are becoming saved, then the New Testament in its entirety should be rejected for teaching something God never done in the Old Testament, and that is, He never made covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles. The more likely is that these Gentiles are mixed race Jews like the Samaritans were mixed race Jews and Jews treated them unfairly and had racist attitudes towards them.

So, it's one of these two possibilities.

1. These "Gentiles" in the New Testament are mixed race Jews and are becoming saved/born-again because they are still Abraham's seed just like the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4.

or

2. These "Gentiles" are non-Hebrew Gentiles which means the New Testament in total is a false bible because there is nothing in the Old Testament of a covenant between God and the non-Hebrew Gentiles and if these "Gentiles" are non-Hebrew Gentile, then the New Testament is teaching Jesus and God destroyed the Law by changing the Law of Moses, which is tantamount to destroying the Law of Moses because there is no Scripture in the Old Testament of a salvation covenant between God and non-Hebrew Gentiles and Gentiles are being added to the Hebrew covenants after they had been closed and it is a sin to add to God's Word anything He did not say. It's like the same thing for false prophets. If it is a thing that God never said, then that thing will never come to pass. If it is a thing God never said and the New Testament is taking it upon itself to add Gentiles to the covenants Israel has with her God, then the New Testament is teaching a false covenant which has no Old Testament basis or mention.

Conclusion: These Gentiles in the New Testament are mixed race Jews and are still Abraham's seed no matter the dilution of Abraham's DNA; or, these Gentiles in the New Testament are real non-Hebrew Gentiles who are being born-again, in which case the New Testament should be rejected because Jesus and God lied and have added to the Scripture things not mentioned in the Old Testament, such as Gentiles being added to the Hebrew covenants after these covenants have been closed for centuries. Any change in the Law of Moses (such as Gentiles coming into the Jewish covenants) would mean that Jesus lied about not coming into the world to destroy the Law for any change to the Law after it had been closed would destroy the Law.

So, which is it?

Either Jesus lied or these Gentiles are mixed race Jews of Gentile descent and this means that they are still Abraham's seed and heirs to the promises of Abraham; or, Jesus lied and did come to change the Law of Moses by adding Gentiles into the Jewish covenants thus bringing change to the Law of Moses which is tantamount to Jesus destroying the Law of Moses by the adding of Gentiles after the Mosaic Covenant had been closed for over a dozen centuries.
