Responsibilities to God and His Christ

God could stop all the rape, and people molesting children, and people being murdered.

He does not.
Correct since they occur according to His purpose and predetermined will. God determined before the foundation to justly punish those people for those specific sins that He determined they should commit.

I know that God was pleased with having his Son being crushed...

I understand people murdered Jesus - -while telling the Father "forgive them they know not what they do"

And it was Jesus who gave up his life still....

Jesus was the only perfect person who loved God and loved others.

I dont get the whole God loves when people are murdered and when they are raped, brightfame.

That type of teaching will lead people in to murdering - Ive seen cases already like this - Oh it was God he was talking to me, yadda yadda and they go murder a bunch of people.

Those people get life in prison.

Um that is a promise effected by Jesus

Matt 3:11 I baptize you with water for repentance, but the one who comes after me is more powerful than I am, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Mark 1:8 I baptized you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

Luke 3:16 John answered them all, saying, “I baptize you with water, but the one who is more powerful than I am is coming, of whom I am not worthy to untie the strap of his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

John 1:33 And I did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water, that one said to me, ‘The one upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon him—this one is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’
The birth of the Church is NOT with Jesus but with His Spirit. The baptism you are focusing on in your Scripture above is future-tense.

The Spirit could not be given while Jesus was still on earth. Jesus said that He MUST depart before the Spirit/Comforter would be sent.

7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. John 16:7.

Jesus is a giver of the Spirit

And without Jesus there can be no giving of the Spirit.

The Mystery was that the heathen were included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel, as fellow -heirs. See Eph 2-3
No. The "mystery" that was hidden from the beginning is "Christ/Spirit in you."

27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Colossians 1:27.

You stand corrected.

No. The "mystery" that was hidden from the beginning is "Christ/Spirit in you."
That's included and is the foundation of the rest because He is the Covenant Isa 42:6

6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

Paul understood all the old testament books and then applied them to the Gentiles as partaking in the New Covenant Promises to Israel see Ephesians 2-3
If that is your interpretation you would be in error. As a Jew Saul knew God made no covenant with Gentiles and as a Jew who was also a rabbi and Pharisee throughout his life, he knew that only the children of Israel are heirs of the promises God gave Abraham, for they were extended also to Abraham's seed (children.)

The only people who could "partake" of the New Covenant are the ten northern kingdom tribes of the House of Israel; and the two southern kingdom tribes of the House of Judah. Jeremiah says nothing about non-Hebrew Gentiles being in the New Covenant. To include Gentiles is to add to the Bible things that are not there in Scripture.

As Christians we do not add to the Bible but as seekers of God's Truth read and study the Scripture for what's there in the text and we take out our understanding of the things of God FROM THE TEXT.
Adding to God's Word - which is what you do - is a sin.

6 Add thou not unto his words,
Lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Proverbs 30:6.

STOP adding to God's Word.

What's the name of the Gentile God made covenant with? If you can't provide a name of the Gentile that is recipient of a God-Gentile covenant, then there is no covenant in which to speak of.

You fighting against Apostolic Authority, see Eph 2-3
Every true born-again believer has authority from God. Some are aware of their authority, and some are ignorant of even their calling or their gifts in which to accomplish their call. And like a body with distinct parts and divergent functions one member's authority does not overrule another's authority in Christ.

Under certain circumstances I can envision where my authority would overrule Saul's authority or Peter's. It depends on a person's call, their gifts, and their authority to accomplish their call. Saul would submit to my authority in certain times, and Saul would submit to mine. It depends on the circumstance. But Saul's authority and his call and the gifts God gave him to accomplish his call were known to Saul. But it was also known to the church at Antioch (Acts 13), and to Ananias. But Saul does not know my call, the gifts God gave me to accomplish my call and the authority in Christ in the body.

What's the name of the Gentile God made covenant with? If you can't provide a name of the Gentile that is recipient of a God-Gentile covenant, then there is no covenant in which to speak of.
That's a unlearned question. Jesus is the Covenant Head for the people and Gentiles are enlightened with the spiritual light of the Gospel as a result. Christ is the light of the Gospel. Writing to the Gentile assembly in Corinth 2 Cor 4
For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ

And the Spirit is promised to Israel.
ONLY.

(Joel.)
Acts 15:6–12Both the apostles and the elders had come together for the purpose of looking into this matter. And after there had been much debate, Peter, having arisen, said to them, Men, brethren. As for you, you know that a good while ago God made a choice among us to the effect that through my mouth the Gentiles should hear the story of the good news and believe. And God who knows the hearts, bore attesting testimony to them by having given them the Holy Spirit even as also to us. And He made no distinction at all between both us and also you, in answer to their faith having cleansed their hearts. Now, therefore, why are you putting God on trial [to see whether He has committed an error or not] by putting a yoke upon the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to endure? But through the grace of the Lord Jesus we believe that we are saved in the like manner as also those. Then the entire group lapsed into silence and went to listening to Barnabas and Paul recounting in detail as many attesting miracles and miracles that excite wonder and amazement which God performed among the Gentiles through their intermediate agency.

And the Spirit is promised to Israel.
ONLY.

(Joel.)
False Gentiles were included Gal 3:13-14

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

The Blessing of Abraham here is the promise of the Spirit!
