Well if he did, he did not mention it, but Paul did, and God revealed it to PaulJeremiah understood clearly the New Covenant he prophesied. He even describes it in 31:31-34 and it does not include Gentiles.
No, that's YOU trying to make these complementary to each other. The "mystery" was never the New Covenant. It's not a mystery for Jeremiah does not hide anything in his prophecy. It is clear who is included in this covenant. It is clear this covenant is between God and the twelve tribes of Israel. It is clear that Jeremiah describes the 'gist' of this covenant, which is God forgiving the sins of His covenant people Israel. It also makes reference to the Mosaic Covenant and that covenant between God and the Hebrew people He delivered out of bondage in Egypt. The promises of the New Covenant in Jer 31 are Gospel promises and Paul by inspiration says Gentiles were included recipients of those promises, but it was a Mystery Eph 3 :4-6

Your attempt to try to tie non-Hebrew Gentiles to the New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah falls short.Lol So duh
The New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah was made in the 700s BC and there is no mention of non-Hebrew Gentiles being included in this covenant between God and His people Israel.Well if he did, he did not mention it, but Paul did, and God revealed it to Paul

The Gospel is the preaching of the New Covenant
Not the New Covenant per se, but that the Gentiles were jointly included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel Jer 31:31No, that's YOU trying to make these complementary to each other. The "mystery" was never the New Covenant.
That was the Mystery, Gentiles are included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel Jer 31:31ff It obviously hasnt been revealed to you. Lets hope God does because its Gospel Truth Eph 6:19Your attempt to try to tie non-Hebrew Gentiles to the New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah falls short.
The New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah does not include non-Hebrew Gentiles.
Doesn't matter, The Mystery was that the New Covenant Jeremiah foretold of in Jer 31:31 to the Israel and Judah, it included Gentiles to be recipients of the promised New Covenant blessings. Eph 3The New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah was made in the 700s BC
Looks like you got that wrong as wellThe New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah was made in the 700s BC and there is no mention of non-Hebrew Gentiles being included in this covenant between God and His people Israel.
Your interpretation of "Gentiles" cannot mean non-Hebrew Gentiles for there are no non-Hebrew Gentiles named or mentioned by Jeremiah. The prophecy had been closed for nearly 700 years before Christ was born.
IF the New Covenant clearly states "non-Hebrew Gentiles" alongside the House of Israel and the House of Judah, then you would have an argument for the inclusion of Gentiles, but Jeremiah says nothing about Gentiles being included in the New Covenant, and your attempt to add Gentiles after the fact makes a liar out of Christ for out of His very mouth He said He did not come to change what was already written centuries earlier by Jeremiah.
There are NO NON-HEBREW GENTILES named or mentioned as included in the New Covenant.
Allowing God? Is man greater than God?It's all about faith, and love. Allowing God to work in and through. By the Resurrected Lord Yeshua's Spirit that helps you, and make you right with God because of his righteousness.![]()
The House of Israel and the House of Judah are the twelve tribes of Israel. Jeremiah makes no claim that the God of Abraham made covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles for their salvation. Not the New Covenant per se, but that the Gentiles were jointly included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel Jer 31:31
31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
The "mystery" is "Christ in you."That was the Mystery, Gentiles are included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel Jer 31:31ff It obviously hasnt been revealed to you. Lets hope God does because its Gospel Truth Eph 6:19
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
Ro 16 25
Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
If it is not chapter and verse, then it is chatter or worse.Doesn't matter, The Mystery was that the New Covenant Jeremiah foretold of in Jer 31:31 to the Israel and Judah, it included Gentiles to be recipients of the promised New Covenant blessings. Eph 3
No, it was put in effect by the advent of the Holy Spirit of Promise PROMISED TO ISRAEL by Israel's prophets: Joel and Ezekiel. This is the birth of the Church Jesus Promised to build which was populated by Jews.Looks like you got that wrong as well
The New covenant. The covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31 was put into effect by the death of Jesus (Heb. 8:6; 9:15–17).
Hebrews 8:6 (LEB) — 6 But now he has attained a more excellent ministry, by as much as he is also mediator of a better covenant which has been enacted upon better promises.
Hebrews 9:15–20 (LEB) — 15 And because of this, he is the mediator of a new covenant, in order that, because a death has taken place for the redemption of transgressions committed during the first covenant, those who are the called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. 16 For where there is a will, it is a necessity for the death of the one who made the will to be established. 17 For a will is in force concerning those who are dead, since it is never in force when the one who made the will is alive. 18 Therefore not even the first covenant was ratified without blood. 19 For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled both the scroll itself and all the people, 20 saying, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded for you.”
Um that is a promise effected by JesusNo, it was put in effect by the advent of the Holy Spirit of Promise PROMISED TO ISRAEL by Israel's prophets: Joel and Ezekiel. This is the birth of the Church Jesus Promised to build which was populated by Jews.
Allowing God? Is man greater than God?
The Mystery was that the heathen were included in the New Covenant Promises to Israel, as fellow -heirs. See Eph 2-3The House of Israel and the House of Judah are the twelve tribes of Israel. Jeremiah makes no claim that the God of Abraham made covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles for their salvation.
That's included along with all the other New Covenant Promises see Eph 2-3The "mystery" is "Christ in you."
Paul understood all the old testament books and then applied them to the Gentiles as partaking in the New Covenant Promises to Israel see Ephesians 2-3If it is not chapter and verse, then it is chatter or worse.
You cannot claim anything that is not promised or prophesied in the Hebrew Scripture of Law, Psalms, and Prophets - the Old Testament.
What you are doing is adding to the Bible that which was never claimed by God and His prophets.
