I wasn't promoting or defending a religion. Feel free to point out where I was if you can. I was pointing out undeniable facts about the religious system of this world that you are promoting. A world God placed me in. Yes, you can "wrest" some scriptures to justify your rejection of God's Judgments and Statutes the same as the promoters of this world's religious system did in Jesus' Time. same here, and look we as children of God should not argue among ourselves. peace is the goal. and when it come to the word of God, we should do as our Father do, "REASON" ... It is the separation that the Eternal Son brings to humanity. It is all about character. The Son reveals what people are and what they're not.

Most people don't like this at all. It is a revelation they don't want to see or know.

The relationship between the Father and the Son is Perfect. United in perfect Character with one another.

Have you ever tried to pass your character to another? A nearly impossible task. It is doomed from the beginning if you're not really what you say you are. They present God as a hypocrite in relationship.

In both the OT and the NT the words soul and spirit are used interchangeably when referring either to human beings or divinity. God's use of the word soul in that verse is not indicating something separate or different from His being Spirit. It is not indicating that God the Spirit is a soulish being as normally is meant by the Hebrew word nephesh.

N.C. Born and raised very close to where Billy Graham was born and raised. I have lived on the very buckle of the Bible Belt all my life. Within a two hundred mile (using Greenville as the hub) radius there more churches than homes are in the Big Sky country of Montana, where my wife came from, and that truly is the truth.

Jesus was transfigured before them and it so bumfuzzled Peter that he really shouldn't have said what He said. The Father corrects Peter for wanting to treat Christ like Moses and Elijah......

Read verse 34 and 35 again.....

Notice the Father and the Son both speaking and communication with each other, Moses and Elijah.... You would have everyone believe that is One Person carrying on a "show" and speaking in the "third person".....

Then agree or disagree but stop that infuriating habit of telling me and others what I believe or what others believe. I do think it is a weakness in your character and probably your own mode of thinking to keep trying to tell others what they believe. If you are married, I would guess that weakness of character is really a monstrous irritation to your wife.
