Man still has no freewil to believe in Christ because he is dead in sin and captive of the devil, jew or Gentile.
No person can come to Christ by their own freewill !

No He does not give man an opportunity to chose to be saved, He has by His Sovereign Freewil chosen who will be saved and lost. He God chose our destiny.

That's the position of hard determinism or fatalism. But the truth is found in 2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

You would have to agree they were acting according to their heart rather than God's determination.

Before salvation we all labor and are heavy laden and He wants us all to come to Him. Not all do but all have the opportunity. That is the big problem with Calvinism as it not just a few...It's all.

Jesus clearly taught in John 3:16 that He will save anyone who believes in Him: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” This “whoever” includes you and every other person in the world.

Right, Before we surrendered our lives to Jesus Christ, we were dead in our sins, obeying the devil, following the ways of the world, and living only to satisfy our sinful desires.
