I'm going by what scripture says about Cornelius, Gods written testimony of him.
No person can come to Christ by their own freewill !

Yes and it is true. Also Cornelius was already a saved man. I gave you evidence of that. The Gospel was sent to Cornelius by God so he can hear the Gospel of his salvation and be persuaded of it.

Cornelius was not yet saved if he had to hear the words by which he would be saved
